[H890]How To Build Back Muscles
by John Howard, Joh
Any seasoned bodybuilder will tell you how important it is to have a well proportionate body. It is one of the reasons why people who are into bodybuilding work out so hard to make their body look proportionate. You sure don't want to end up looking like an inflated balloon after years and years of doing everything the wrong way. Especially, most people don't just realize how important it is to build back muscle. In fact, some of the bodybuilders even say that it is very important to build back muscle the right way in order to make your body look proportionate.

One of the reasons why people don't give that much of an importance to build back muscle is it is generally considered difficult. But on the contrary, it is just another set of muscles and you need to just carefully concentrate on them in order to build them the right way. So, the first thing you need to do while building your back muscle is to target the right muscle groups in your back. This is one of the most important things in body building as someone who does not know how to target a particular muscle group will end up getting a body that is not proportionate. So, it is important to know what kind of muscle groups you are targeting and what kind of results do you expect from those muscle groups.

Once you have made up your mind on that, you should go to the next step to build back muscle. You need to do the right kind of exercises in order to build your back muscle the proper way. For this, you need the help of a trainer. Not just any trainer, but only a proper bodybuilder who knows what he is saying and who knows what he is doing. You need to start working out according to his advice and make sure you do whatever he asks you to do, as it is very important to build your back muscle the right way.

Once you start working out the right way to build back muscle, make sure you take the right food to accompany the muscle growth in your back. This is also equally important, as most of the people tend to forget the importance of a proper diet coupled with proper exercise when it comes to building these muscles. Once you have got all these things right, you can rest assured that your back muscle will be stronger and better than ever before.

I am lucky because I can do this 'in house' so to speak which means there is no cost for me doing this and over time can build a constant stream of links to my site. The other great thing is once you release your themes and they are out-there for anyone to download the hard work is done. You can just sit back and watch the links role in, or if you are smart you can start work on your next theme. Why not take a look at some of the most popular blog theme creators sites and see how many back links they have. You will be impressed!

Wordpress and Blogger themes are an awesome way to build back links to your site and a great way to give something to the open source community. The problem is that a lot of the time sponsored blog themes or themes with keywords embedded in the footer will be used on blogs that are off topic. The link will still carry a little weight but obviously not as much as it would if it were on topic.

A very easy solution.

A simple solution is to make your templates tighter and more focused on your keyword. Let's say you have an online site that sells fancy dress costumes. Why not design a theme that is so tightly focused on the different costumes on offer that it wouldn't be used by anyone that wasn't interested in blogging about that topic. Just be aware that the links won't fly in but over time you will build a collection of targeted links that are on topic and relevant. Using the same example, if you created a theme for ever popular character costume over time you could build up a heck of a lot of back links.

Another example might be a football team blog or a site selling team kits, why not build three themes based on the home and away kits and the team badge?

One think to keep in mind is that there is more than one blogging platform. At the very least you should be creating 2 versions - one for Wordpress and one for Blogger. Just by putting in the extra effort to change the code for the different platforms you get the change to get double the back links. You would be crazy not to try this.
