[H1139]How To Get Clear Skin Fast
by Shakil Zaman, Sha
If you keep getting new acne then you will keep getting new acne scars so stopping your acne must be the first priority. There are many types of acne treatments out there to help you. Unfortunately there is no single solution that can clear your acne as acne is a rather complex problem. Keep an open mind and try different options, consider natural approaches or holistic acne treatments as they can be very effective and they have minimal side effects.

Some of the current scar treatments being offered by dermatologists includes collagen injection, autologous fat transfer, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, laser treatment, skin surgery and skin grafting. The process of collagen injection involves injecting collagen which is produced in the body into the scars to help reduce their appearance. The fat transfer process involves taking fat from other areas of your body and injecting it into your scars to fill them out and make their appearance less visible.

Dermabrasion involves removing a thin layer of the surface of the skin. It does not work well for all kinds of scars. Microdermabrasion uses aluminum oxide crystals to help remove surface skin. Laser treatment involves using lasers of varying wavelengths to help reduce the redness around the scars. Skin surgery involves cutting out certain scars and then using sutures to cover the holes. These approaches can have many negative side effects and can also be quite costly.

Perhaps the natural methods of scar removal may be the best option for most people. Remember that your body has amazing abilities to heal itself provided that you nourish and treat it well. Thus it is important to make sure that you are consuming enough nutrients. Make sure that you are eating plenty of fruits and vegetables as these kinds of foods help your body to function at its peak.

A potential good natural home remedy for acne scars is using rose hip oil and lavender oil mixed and applying this to the scars twice daily. Ultimately you need to stop your acne to give your scars a chance to heal. Juice fasting can offer a great way to help get rid of your acne. Simply take two to three days and only consume freshly squeezed juices. There are many juice stands you can find in many malls where you can get access to freshly squeezed juices.

Also make sure to drink plenty of carrot juice as it has been shown to be useful at helping to reduce acne. It is best to use only fresh fruits and vegetables for your juices instead of buying store bought juices that often contain many preservatives and other chemicals that could make your acne worse. It may be a good idea to buy a juicer of your own so you make these juices whenever you want. Juice fasting can be an effective way to cleanse your internal systems and many people believe that it is toxins in your body that can contribute to causing and making acne worse.

Stress reduction is also important to help in the fight against acne. Many acne researchers believe that stress can play a major role in your acne condition. There are many ways to reduce stress such as taking up regular exercise, learning yoga or meditation, getting a pet or doing slow deep breathing exercises. Use some of these strategies to help you get rid of your acne scars permanently.

Any of you who have ever walked down the beauty aisle at the local drugstore or supermarket you'll have seen the countless number of creams, lotions, pointments and ointments used to treat acne. Most of us have tried maybe a dozen or more of these but they just don't seem to work. They don't make those annoying pimples and blackheads disappear like the package promised. Some leave your skin feeling dirty and oily, while others leave you with dry and flaky skin. In the end you are left with a pile of products that inevitably end up in the garbage bin never to be used again. More money spent and no results to show for it.

Finding the right product for your acne prone skin can take longer than you originally thought. Our current "microwave mentality" society means we expect to be able to find answers to most of our problems in about 90 seconds. This just isn't always the case - especially with something like acne that can have so many different caues.

It would be great if you could find the right cleanser and cream on your first trip to the store. Unfortunately, the likelihood of this occurring is pretty slim, unless you know what to look for. Start by figuring out what type of product you need to treat your skin. Most people suffer from facial acne though others who sweat a lot can get acne on their backs, chest and even on their arms and legs. Remember that the cleanser that works on your face probably won't be as effective when treating acne on other areas of the body.

The next step for you is to determine what type of skin you have. Oily skin is the most common in teens and young adults. Specialized cleansers are formulated to help cut down on the amount of oil on your face. If you have oily skin, look for a product that won't leave a residue behind. Those with dry skin may need to add an additional step to their skincare routine that includes a facial moisturizer. If your skin falls somewhere in between, look for a product that offers the best of both worlds and is designed with your skin type in mind. Carefully reading the labels goes a long way in finding the right product.

Finally, if your skin problems persist consider making an appointment with a dermatologist. Hormonal imbalances, the food you eat, and your lifestyle can have a huge impact on your skin. A trained professional will be able to prescribe you the right medication for your skin care needs. The dermatologist can also provide you with tips for reducing your chances of getting acne in the future.

Whether you have occasional pimples and blackheads or a severe case of acne there are options for skin care and treatment. It may feel like the end of the world, but it's not. In fact by the time most acne sufferers reach late teens or early adulthood they have grown out of it.
