So you need to overcome the skeptical nature of your prospects. You can do that in three ways:
1. Information Products
As an expert, you want to make yourself the focal point for finding information on the subject you specialize in.
People learn in a variety of ways, so you want to provide a variety of information products to enhance your reputation as an expert. Some ideas include books, audio, video, teleseminars and seminars.
You should also create a strategic product funnel that takes your customers through different price points. The idea is to bring people into your funnel by offering something free or inexpensive, then gradually increase the price and value of the products you have available for them to buy.

It can be free or fee-based.
It can be an online newsletter that you send out to your email list once a day, once a week or once a month. Or just whenever you feel like sending an email.
In addition to your online newsletter, you can mail a print newsletter to all your subscribers once a month. This obviously involves more cost and more effort, but it's worth it. It's worth it because your readers perceive it - and you - as being more valuable.
By communicating with your readers on a regular basis, you accomplish several things. One, you provide the expert information to them that they crave. Two, you build relationships with your readers. And three, you remain in the forefront of your reader's minds.
When you have that mind position, you have the power to succeed that only an expert has.
3. Speaking
If you have a fear of public speaking, face it and overcome it NOW.
Giving a keynote speech or presentation to a targeted audience is the quickest way to establish you as a guru and to help you find new prospects.
You don't have to be a professional speaker. You don't have to be a great entertainer. You just have to be yourself and talk about what you know.
To get started, contact other people and organizations in your niche. Let them know who you are, what your area of expertise is and that you are available to speak.
You can also host your own workshops or seminars. If that thought overwhelms you, try hosting a teleseminar. That way people can hear your voice and feel a little closer to you than they do when reading your material.
Not sure what to speak about? Well, if you're writing articles, books and newsletters, you have tons of information to choose from. Just take one of your favourite articles or a chapter from your book and turn it into a speech.
Maybe you're better at speaking than you are at writing. In that case, record your speech and turn that into an article, book or topic for your newsletter.
Do whatever it takes to get yourself in front of a targeted audience. Speaking communicates authority and demonstrates that you are a real person with real knowledge with a real desire to help others.
People expect experts to speak and teach them from the stage, so give them what they want. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.
Most people believe that if a partner had an affair it is enough cause to end a relationship. But there are also those who disagree. I think a relationship can be saved regardless of how crazy things may be, if both parties are willing to work it out.
However, in situations where infidelity is involve it would certainly require more effort and hard work. Rebuilding trust after an affair requires an adjustment in you attitude and in your course of action.
There is no excuse for hurting your ex the way you did. You cannot undo what you have done but the good news is you can fix it. But before you can make amends you will have to recall what made you or pushed you to be unfaithful.
Try to find answers. When you strayed, was there something you are looking for you feel is missing in your relationship? Was it the sex? Do you lack quality time together or communication? Was she too busy to be with you? Were you looking for someone who looks a bit more good looking and someone who spends time to fix herself?
Let's face it, you will not get into another affair if you are happy with how your relationship is going. If you want to get back together with your ex you must first make sure that you will not commit the same mistakes again.
Make an honest self analysis of the situation. Find out how you can fix the core issues and problems of the relationship. After you have pinpointed the main problem only then you can try to fix restoring the lost trust between you.
In some instances it requires the couple to undergo marriage or relationship counseling. This is a big step for both of you if you want to really understand each others thoughts. However, you must also be ready to make concrete steps to clear things out.
The best you can do right now is to not only make small promises but make sure you have the will and strength to keep them. That includes even the smallest promises you make like being always on time whenever you meet. Or take a sincere effort to know her family or support her in her job and undertakings. This is the key to healing and regain your lover's trust. Do it and do it consistently.
If your ex sees that you are really serious in keeping your word, this will help a great deal in gaining the trust back. When you have proved that you are worthy to be trusted even in small things, she will give you a second chance and take the risk to trust you again.
You words and more importantly, your actions should assure your ex that you have already changed. Be prepared to treat comments about your cheating to surface every once in a while. Give him or her time, to forget. If you really want to be with her, you should learn to be patient.
Learning how to gain back the trust after infidelity takes time. It requires a change in your attitude and actions. Just keep a positive outlook in the situation and believe that you can bring back the intimacy and love you once shared and heal the wound that damaged what was once a beautiful relationship.
