A parte de ser una actividad que le permite a las personas relajarse y entrar en un mundo diferente tambi'n provee darse gusto asi mismo. Por lo general muchas personas que trabajan a diario sienten presi'n que desean liberar pero no encuentran la forma correcta de hacerlo.

Para liberar presiones y stress existen muchos m'todos entre los cuales es hablar con un psic?logo, con amigos, jugar en , salir en las tardes a tomar un caf? con alguien, salir los fines de semana de la casa, salir de compras etc. Aunque hay que pensar que algunas de estas actividades pueden salir mas caras que las otras.

Personalmente puedo contar que en ninguna actividad me sent'a a gusto ya que el salir con amigos y planear que todo saliera bien me presionaba mas de lo normal, tambi'n tener que planear a donde salir los fines de semana y en donde iba a dormir pon'a mucha mas presi'n en mi. Lo que de verdad funcion? fue salir de "compras de ojo" el fin de semana.

En realidad no se necesita gastar dinero para salir a un centro comercial o a un mercado; entre los compradores, comerciantes y familia existe una frase que explica el no tener que gastar dinero, esta es "compra de ojo", que significa solo ver, medirse y no comprar, esto no significa que salir a un centro comercial y entrar a una tienda requiera de comprar algo, tambi'n esto se puede hacer sin sacar un centavo de su bolsillo pero lo que si se logra es liberar presi'n y stress acumulado.

Lo que debe hacer es salir el fin de semana, entrar a diferentes tiendas, observar varias cosas que le llamen la atenci'n, ver pasar gente, conversar con otras, comparar precios y disfrutar de unas cuantas horas que le van a ayudar a relajarse y a sentirse libre de presiones.

Tenga en cuenta que para realizar esta actividad puede salir solo o acompa?ado todo depende de ud, ya que cuando una persona sale sola tiene mas probabilidades de entrar a diferentes tiendas sin tener que preguntarle a nadie si quiere entrar o no, O si por lo contrario si ud desea que alguien este ah? para poder compartir y hablar durante el camino tambi'n es una buena idea, solo tenga en cuenta preguntarle si es una persona paciente y dispuesta a hacer compra de ojo en la mayor'a de las tiendas del centro comercial.

Como conclusi'n a todo esto, recuerde salir un poco despu's de su trabajo, tratar de trabajar solo en su lugar de trabajo y no llevarlo a casa, charlar con amigos, hacer planes para el fin de semana, no llevar los problemas de su trabajo a su casa, si quiere puede comentarlos pero no permita que esos problemas afecten en su vida personal. Cuide su salud mental y no permita que el stress domine su vida. Piense positivo y vera que eso le ayudara a vivir mejor d'a a d'a.
