When it comes to Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, I call it the diet and nutrition bible. It has over 230 pages of content, from which Tom speaks on and on for 210 pages stressing the importance of effective diet strategies and additional tips to get super lean when necessary.

In Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, Tom has done a good job of explaining the importance of proper exercise and interval training instead of long boring cardio. Do you know how bodybuilders get super lean right before a competition? Tom shows you exactly how you can use both diet and exercises with special techniques to get the exact same results in the fastest possible time.

According the Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle, abs are made in the kitchen. When you take a close look at the book, you will realize that tom has taken the opportunity to explain every tiny little detail necessary when it comes to manipulating your diet for fat loss.

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle is not a magical fat loss exercise book that will show you how to get super lean in minutes, nor is it a complete boring book full of crap. Tom Venuto, stresses the importance of diet, nutrition and exercise when it comes to fat loss and if you read this book, you can become a fitness professional yourself.


By no means am I a professional body builder or even a motivated weight lifter, but over the past couple of years I have been motivated to get back in shape. I started researching workout programs, and weight loss books which brought me to two very different programs. One was written by Tom Venuto and the other was written by Mike Geary. Both seemed to be credible professionals with very unique backgrounds.

As I started researching both of them, I found very different reviews of their products and the results that they could produce. Mike Geary was taking more of a life changing perspective on working out. Since he is a certified dietary professional, his program offered both a workout program and a dietary program. As most doctors and health professionals will tell you, just working out or just dieting will help you achieve the weight loss that you are looking for. Mike's book does a great job of educating the readers on how to change their lifestyle, while trying to lose weight.

Tom's book on the other hand, seems to benefit the people that are frequent weight lifters, or who currently have a workout routine. What Tom does that is different, is that he helps the reader determine their body type, and choose a workout program that is tailored for that specific body type. This is one of the biggest challenges for people that decide to workout, since the wrong workout program will result in minimal change and ultimately, lack of interest in the workout.

I was really impressed with both workout programs. Even though they offered completely different perspectives, they both had the same goal of weight loss and life changing workouts.
