If you have been living under stress for a long time, the effects such situation has are not limited to your body and mind alone. Your stress will also alter the world around you, including your relationship. It may be responsible for various problems both emotional and physical and sometimes because a reason for splitting up.

The first category of relationship problems caused by stress is related to our sexual functions. Stress hormones effectively negate one's sexual desire and even if stress leaves some of that, stress hormones will affect your body in a way that makes it more difficult for you to perform appropriately.
