You can do searches on the internet via Google, and will probably be overwhelmed with the number of results you get from your search. As an example CNC Machine will return 1,570,000 results from Google. Now you have to wade thru these results till you find what you are looking for or tighten your search to try and narrow the results.
An alternative would be to go to a specialized site such as www.onlinetoolshow.com. Here you can find things thru multiple searches all on a single page. They have Category searches i.e. Milling, Boring, Drilling and Tapping then you go to the product type you want i.e. Milling machines, horizontal spindles, up to 5-axis then all the companies that carry that type of machine are offered for selection. You then select that company and are taken to the pages that are relevant.
They also have searches by a partial company name so that say you know part of the company name you type what you know in and the appropriate companies are displayed that have the string you entered, somewhere in the company name.
You can Search by state, region, country, category, product. With all these tools you should be able to find the product or company you are looking for all in one place.
They also have interesting articles such as ?Questions you should be asking BEFORE you buy that new piece of equipment, a jobs form feed and more.
GO visit and see what it is all about. I am sure you will want to bookmark it (or add to favorites) once you have been there and test driven the site.
