Also, you will find that change is very difficult. You don't want to change things outrageously. You will find that there are lot of things that you will want to change, however, you will want to change your old habits, but not push yourself to the point where you cannot recognize your own face. You need to do simple changes and remember that the small things will add up to being more.

The first way that you can make good decisions for yourself and make subtle changes is to make a list of things that you like about yourself and a list of the things that you dislike. Take something small on your list and change it. Once you have changed that one small, insignificant detail, you will find that you are going to feel differently. This means that you will then want to work your way slowly and change everything on your list. However, if you feel you cannot change something you have to learn how to accept it. You don't want to hate yourself, but you going to have to work out your issues. It maybe very hard for you to let go of some of your fears and feelings, but that is normal. Change is a hard process; however, you can live through a period of change.
Once you have begun to make changes gradually, you will also want to think about the reasons why you want to change. Once you have figure out who it is that you are trying to impress you'll be able to work on the flaws and work hard to make yourself feel good. You should never change for someone else and you need to realize that. You need to realize that there are more things in the world than a job, a car, and looks. When it comes to changing your looks, you need to keep in mind that there is more than what meets the eye.
Once you have gained control on your need for change, you will be able to gain control over rather, not you lead a life of struggle, or you lead a life filled with good, positive things. You will find that there are many things that you can get your life, however, you need to learn to gain control of certain things. First, you need to work on your self-esteem. If you can believe you can do it then you can. Secondly, you need to work on your attitude. When you start finding success, you will be able to make a huge difference in the way that you carry yourself and positive change will come your way.
There a lot of positive things that you can get out of life, however, you need to know how you can achieve your goals. You will want to make sure that you take your time and really focus on the new changes in life so that you can constantly move forward.
The concept of a partner wanting to change you is more common than it may seem. A lot of people get in relationships where they spend a great deal of time trying to change their partners. In my opinion this strategy is not very useful, and generally leads to emotional pain in the end. Why is this? Because each person has their own values which they hold dear to themselves. They will interpret things in a certain way, and they will react to what they feel is the right result. So, when you go on a date with a person, you must accept them the way they are.
Trying to change them will make things difficult for the both of you. If their values are in direct conflict with your own, there are only two options left on the table. The first option is to reach what is called a compromise. Agree on what you are willing to give up for the mutual benefit of the relationship, and expect your partner to do the same. The next option is to simply go your separate ways. This will be better in the end, because it won't do you much good to continue in a relationship that you will be unhappy in. Never assume that a person will like your values, and don't try to force them to like them.
Sometimes, you must accept the fact that some things are just not meant to be. A lack of compatibility is one of the leading causes of relationship failure today. You must be compatible with the person you are dating if you wish to find success. Therefore, don't allow anyone to change who you are, and don't try to change someone you are dating. It will only lead to conflict and pain.
