Many of the popular designs, such as company logos and television names, have been paid for or negotiated for their use. This might make the price a little higher, but usually not that much.

There are kits at the craft stores that will help you transfer a photograph, and it doesn't have to be a newer picture, it can be an older one and look like a vintage >T Shirt, on to the t shirt with very little trouble.
