If you are searching for a practical solution to the age old problem of weight loss?just take a look inside your fridge and pantry, where most of the answers lie still. Could it really be that simple of a concept; modify just a small piece of what you are doing and have a younger healthier approach to longevity? Only you know the answer to that question, after all, I'm not looking inside your house right now.
If one took a good hard look around my house they would find ?most? of the good and healthy stuff'i.e. no trans fats, plenty of fruits and veggies, whole grains, low to no sugars, protein in the form of meats and whey powder, and assorted nuts and raisins. Add to that a few non-essentials for the kids to satisfy their junk food like peanut butter ? the organic brand, yogurt, and ok some chips?but only the good for you brands. I started out saying ?most? here, I am not perfect, and I don't expect anyone to be that way either. It is just that fancy diets, potions and pills; well they never seem to amount to anything except huge revenue generators for the folks that dish them out? (No pun intended).
I hear people say to me all the time that it is going to take a lot of work to shed a few pounds, how did you do it so quick? All I have done was stick to my initial plan, eat sensibly and get some form of exercise routine into my day. Believe me when I say this ?Weight loss is 80% about what you take in, including the visual BS you read, watch, repeat and get thrown your way every day?, so figure out a way to get that part of your life better equipped to handle the crap, and you will get your belly back on track.
Stop the notion that all you have to do is begin meals to generate the proper loss of weight you are looking for. The easiest way I can transfer my logic to you is by asking you a few questions. If you were going to build a spec house from the ground up whom would you call first? I would call on an Architect to draw the plan. So what makes you think you can go at it alone without a plan in the first place? Tip: make a plan, or better yet??find your why?. Once you have your ?why? plan set, whom would you call on next? That's right?the Contractor ? You got the picture. It took me nine months to ?lay the foundation? for the rest of my life, once I had my goals and plan in place. Tip: get yourself to a point where you are ?self sufficient?, meaning that after an initial ramp up period you should not require anyone to motivate you to complete your mission.
Create a new purpose for yourself in life, and go out and give it all you have? Make it your best life, you only have one, and you certainly deserve everything life has to offer?
