Although feetare not often seen as the most attractive part of our anatomy, they need moreTLC than they usually get so here's some advice on how to keep your feet sweet!
To refresh feet,massage gently with a foot roller, or better still, ask you partner to massage your feet!
Sitting withyour feet up for 10 minutes after a long day helps circulation.
To relax tiredfeet, soak them in warm water and add a bit of bath foam and perhaps a coupleof drops of essential oils, sit back and enjoy!
For swollenfeet, try warm water with salt (and then perhaps follow up with something thatsmells nice!). The salt helps to reduce swelling.
Foot scrubs andpumices can help to remove hard skin once you have softened your feet in thewater and you should follow up with a good foot cream for silky soft toes!
Do not wear thesame shoes everyday ? especially not 6in heels ladies!
Practice footyoga and stretching ? good for the muscles, removing cramp and relaxing!
