[W922]Women With Natural Breasts
by Terry Leslie, Ter
As a guy, I look at women with complete appreciation, desire, and clear and total confusion. Women are a delicate and delectable creation that makes a man want more while driving him away with fear and trepidation. Women, on the other hand, seem to be so well put together that if you asked any of them what they wanted, they would probably only have one answer, "Whatever they can't have."

Women have a strong and strange tendency to desire what just isn't available to them. Women confess pining over married men, being turned on by rejection, and becoming bored with a guy that gives them everything they want too quickly. Women are in on the game too, ya know. While some women have mastered the art of straight forward communication, many women aren't even all that sure why they are craving you one minute and completely disillusioned the next.

So, what's a guy to do, right? Do we stay just out of reach? Do we risk finding a fabulous woman only to have her toss us around like a chew toy only to discard us when her fun is all done? Probably not. In most cases, women need to ease into having someone that they are truly crazy about. Some women will come barreling out of the gate, scare you senseless with talk about marriage and living together, only to decide that they are bored with you within fifteen minutes of returning the moving truck.

So how does a guy cope? For starters, we can't control women, their wants, or their behaviors. We can only control how we react to what we perceive as irrational behavior. Yet I completely recommend starting any brand new relationship off on the easy does it plan. The easy does it plan is designed to help you remain "unattainable" while still getting at least some of what you want. So you fell hard and fast and think she might even be the one for you. Great! Take it easy. Don't let her in on it too quickly. Give her time to really decide what she wants. The take it easy method helps prevent your little heart from falling flat while gives her ample time to feel as though she can't completely have something until she is ready. As time goes by and the relationship develops, you will start to recognize whether the relationship is truly moving forward or if you are just on the list of the "can't haves."

For women, it's like dieting. They can deny themselves over and over and over again until they finally cheat. When they cheat, it is a huge relief to them and so they eat until they can't get another mouthful down the gullet. Relationships in their early stages are like that. You might be the guy for her. Or you might be the chocolate that entices her off her diet. Either way, you need to take it slowly while she figures out how much of you she really wants.

Women can also be incredibly decisive, and some women (and some of these women scare me) decide exactly what they want and decide that they will have it. There won't be any going slow in her book, and she will ultimately help you to feel as though she is everything you need as well. Take your time anyway, because this behavior is also indicative of a woman who is going to play with you to her heart's content and then chuck you out with the kitty litter.

Many wonder why there are more women shopping in any given natural foods store at a certain moment than there are men. Some questions that are asked are whether or not this is due to the shop being a natural foods store or whether it is an indication that women are still doing the majority of the grocery shopping. While both positions can certainly be argued, most women will tell you that not only do they do more of the grocery shopping, but also that they are much more concerned about healthy lifestyles than the men they know are. In the 1980s, having a healthy lifestyle meant doing aerobics; in the 21st century it means doing yoga and eating organic foods.

Women are so concerned with this type of a healthy lifestyle because they read much more about health and fitness than men do. Of course, these are generalizations and there are plenty of exceptions to the rules, but in general, as can be predicted by counting the number of women's health and fitness magazines and the corresponding number of men's health and fitness magazines, more women are reading about this topic than men are. Of course, in today's day and age, just as many people are reading online as are reading in magazines (perhaps even more) but many websites for health and fitness are more geared toward female readers.

Most mothers consider taking care of their families in a healthy way a very high priority. In order to do this, they want to be informed about what all those things that are now being added to the majority of mainstream prepared foods (namely hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup). In order to choose the best foods for our own body and for the people around us, one must be able to analyze the ingredients on the back of the box. One way to do this is to go through the regular supermarket reading the lists of ingredients on every jar and box that you might purchase. Perhaps an easier solution is to shop at a natural foods store, where they don't sell foods that have hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup in them. More and more women are turning to this alternative because although the food in such shops is more expensive than mainstream food stores, it can not be denied that obesity and diabetes are becoming frighteningly common in the US.

It seems that more women than men are concerned about this fact and looking to find ways to fight it. Of course, eating organic foods is not the only answer, other lifestyle factors have to be addressed too, namely exercise and one's general activity level (i.e. do you spend your evenings in front of the television or in the garden?). All of these factors have women hopping to attention and trying to find solutions through organic food stores, yoga and maybe even a little meditation.
