OK, "How would I recognize a qualified prospects for my business?"
1. The can afford the opportunity
2. Their wants can be fulfilled by my opportunity.(not there need)
3. They have time to work my opportunity.
4. They are willing and able to make that decision.
Sellilng is sthe actuall presentation.
Marketing skills is more important than sales skills. A good marketer can locate a qualified
prospect even with a poor selling presentation. Because qualified prospects want your oppertunity.
Salesmen believe they can build a large netwark business by giving there best sales pitch to
a lot of people. That Does Not Work.
 
Good maraketing you have learned over and over again, is to put salt in there mouth.
By asking questions:
* If you continue in your present job, where will you be in 6 months from now?
*Do you ffeel you would like to be your own boss and make your own decisions?
*If money was not the object, what would youlike to do with your life?
 
You want to develop some wants and desire in your prospect. That Burning Desire is needed
before you present your opportunity. Now he wants a solution to his wants and desires in your
opportunity presentation.
Great Marketing Takes The Direct Route.
 
The do not use the Salt in the mouth method. The people that are lookiing are already thirsty for
some way to make money. I am lookiing for people that have following traits;
1. They like to achieve and feel great when a goal has been accomplished.
2. Want more for his family.
3. Has a desire to achieve more, being held back by their present situation.
4. This person has a great personality and is liked by his/her peers.
Reconize these hints in a person and this will find thoes qualified prospects.
Short Story:
Marketer talkes to a manager of a store. He learns that the manager lilkes to take on
new chalanges and would like to be in charge of a great many stores. If he could do that,
he would buy a big home for his family. then the manager sais "I would not have to put up with
these incompetent employees, letsomeone else baby-sist thes prt-time p-ons." This tells the
marketer that the manager faild qualification #4. So the marketer moves on.
