Should I Insure My Home?
by Ken Charnley, Ken
Whether you are buying or renting your home, the best thing to do is make sure your home is insured. Why? Look around the room you are sitting in right now. What do you see? Your living room with your prized big screen TV or your bedroom with the most comfortable bed in the world? If you have kids what about their rooms and toys? What would they do without them?

You work hard for your money and what is around you is very special. Every penny is spent wisely and with much though on what will be best for you and your family. If you don't insure your home, then you could lose it all without having any money to start over. This is the most important reason to insure your home.

If you insure your home and in the event of a fire, storm, flood, or whatever may happen, you will have a certain amount of money you can receive to rebuild your life. Even if it's just to put a roof over your head long enough for your house to be rebuilt or to buy clothes for your family. You will be glad to have whatever amount you choose to insure your home for food and the necessary things in life.

The first thing when terrible things happen is to make sure your family is safe and doesn't suffer. Having your home insured will be one of those blessings when or if something should happen. You will be happy that you went ahead and bought that policy.
