With such a close proximity to Lake Erie, Cleveland can't avoid being a hub for water sports and other activities. On warm summer days, Lake Erie offers a wide variety of sports: sailing, fishing, and water skiing.

The Cleveland Metropark Zoo is one of the last must-sees that you'll have to make time for before leaving the city. This zoo is the seventh oldest zoo in the United States and is home to a multitude of animals in their natural settings. You can visit the many specialized exhibits, which includes the Rainforest exhibit and the Australian Adventure exhibit.
