Charcoal Grilled Steamed Lobster These lobsters are as fresh as can be. We split them, clean them, add butter then double wrap them in foil to seal them tightly. We cook them over the intense heat of our charcoal grills so that they steam in their own juices. Cooking time is about one half an hour. Please enjoy the anticipation. You will not find a more tender, moist and flavorful lobster anywhere. Charcoal Grilled Lobster This is a specialty of Capt.'s! one and a half pounds - steamed in its own juices for great concentrated flavor.
