One of the most important aspects of good physical fitness is with the food that we eat. The food that we eat at each mealtime, or snack time determines the kind of nutrients that we would be getting. The certain amounts of these nutrients also matter as any excessive or insufficiency may lead to complications and eventually illness on the individual. Good physical fitness with organic food has been frowned upon by a majority of the society as fast foods and processed food products are made available in the groceries and supermarkets. These processed foods are advertised with as much flavorings as budget to keep them in the diet of the people.

Organic food has been known to be superior in beneficial outcomes to the body than their artificial and processed counterparts. Better Bowel Movement

Organic food, which usually come in the form of fresh vegetable and fruit produce, and organically fed animals contribute to a higher stability in bowel movement. For one, the fiber content of these fresh produce are still intact and almost undamaged. This high fiber content or quality is able to absorb the fluids in the intestines and form a solid fecal mass, good for excretion. Think if these fibers as a broom passed through our intestines. The higher quality of the bristles, the better efficiency there is in sweeping away old fecal deposits in the intestinal tract. This therefore allows better nutrient absorption on succeeding nutrient passes.

It Reduces Health Risks

With artificially prepared market produce such as vegetables, fruits, and meat, the individual ingesting them are subject to all the pesticides and artificial drug enhancers that were used. Some of these harmful chemicals embed in the produce and may not be properly cleansed until cooking.

Donald Trump's Apprentice demonstrated in the first three seasons how important staying fit is for executives. Watching the Apprentice you will observe that both Troy and Kwame regularly engaged in physical exercises for keeping fit in the first season. This part of the script, I believe, is to show the importance of regular exercises necessary for being alert both physically and mentally.

If you are not active physically it will be inconceivable to think that you would be mentally alert. And since the entire Apprentice candidates were expected to be very active people, naturally they were shown as people who are aware of the importance of daily exercises.

Now this must be why a lot of the Apprentice candidates were shown engaging in different methods of workouts, using trade mills, weights and several types of calisthenics such as pull ups and press ups et ce tera.

In the second season you would have seen the male members of the Apprentice team having a go at basketball. There was that interesting scene where a hole was inadvertently put in the wall by no other than the season two winner, Kelly, while playing.

What was portrayed in the first three seasons of Donald Trump's Apprentice was the importance of physical fitness vis-?-vis mental alertness, and I believe that those were adequately conveyed to both the candidates and the viewers.

You, like everyone else should be active 75% of the day, but for most people this is not possible considering that their jobs make them lead sedentary lifestyles almost devoid of
Physical fitness because they sit long in the offices at meetings and use the car and aircrafts for all movements. The Apprentice, therefore, tried to impress it on you and all of us that no matter how executive and demanding your work may be, you must find time to exercise. That your success or otherwise is directly hinged on how fit you are both physically and mentally.

If you are not physically fit, you mental alertness will definitely dwindle. You can do aerobics of different kinds, like jogging, walking, matching to an audio band in your office, doing water aerobic exercises in the swimming pool. Get a physical fitness manual or an instructor to help you set up a workout program to help you stay fit and alert.
Remember that if you fail to exercise you most probably will add weight and be disposed to the different health problems associated with being overweight such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, et ce tera.
