[U28]Underlying Cause Of Death
by Christian Goodman, Chr
But first, we must look at what happens when we're awake. During the day, we gather tension in our body. Not only do we become physically tired and tense, an emotional tension is also stored in our muscles.

Just try and think what you do when you are angry. Don't you close your fists even though you don't intend to hit anyone. This is nothing but a part of our unconscious body language which we have no control over.

Research has revealed that most of our communication is done by our voice tone and the expressions on our face. This is about 80%. The rest of the 20% is conveyed through our words

Sometime or the other all of us have encountered a situation where we have to put on a different face and voice than what we actually are feeling from inside. Even if you are raging inside you have to keep your calm because you cannot shout at the individual you are dealing with.

There are many effects on our body while we sleep, like whenever we freeze our feelings, they get stored in the body muscles. This in turn primarily effects the muscles around our breathing passage.

When we fall asleep, this muscle tension blocks the breathing passages. That's what causes early night snoring. As our sleep deepens, these muscles relax a little and the snoring often stops for awhile.

While sleeping for some time, then we go back to a very light sleep called the REM sleep. This is the phase where we dream. During the REM sleep we also put together all the informations and experiences from the previous day. Our intuition takes all the emotions which are stored in our body muscles and processes them. Just think about the muscles while all these were taking place.

Unfortunately, during the REM sleep tension doesn't get unconfined from our muscles. The assessment our subconscious makes, and the muscles might need to be kept anxious to freeze any sentiments the next day. This would make snoring a dilemma and even shoddier.

It is necessary for us to know that while we are in the REM sleep, the emotional process activates our muscles. This results in blocking of our breathing passage and this causes snoring. We hooked into REM sleep 2-3 times a night. This results in early morning and late night snoring.

So what's the solution? There are two ways to eliminate the underlying cause for snoring...

1) The more sober and non reactive you're, the less emotional stress is stored in your muscles. A happy, joyful attitude, in every situation, is the key to your well being. Indulging in a resentment is like eating a poison and thinking it will kill your enemy. Expressing your feelings and reality moderately, releases and integrates the experience immediately, so your subconscious doesn't have to do it during the night.

2) Exercising with your tongue, throat and jaws helps in reducing tension from our muscles. We have been facing the problem of creating muscle tension since years, so now it is required to exhume the stressed body muscles. If we continue with these exercises it will help us discontinue early night snoring as well as REM sleep snoring.

Use of both the tactics would do wonders.

Its very sad that the most frequent way used in dealing with snoring only addresses the most palpable symptoms. Some times even if the symptoms vanish for a while, the genuine fundamental cause slowly gets worse. This leads to the reappearance of the snoring much louder. The best remedy to cure snoring is by dealing with the true original cause.

Today I'll share with you the basics behind many of my most successful healing programs. Problems such as Snoring, TMJ, Tooth grinding, Neck problems, Dizziness and Vertigo, Migraine and Headaches, Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejaculation, Fibromyalgia and even high blood pressure could be healed by understanding this basics.

If the basics behind these simple programs are understood, the same knowledge can be taken and used to work on several other conditions by yourself.

What is the basic body function ? Muscles move the bones by orders from the nerves. What if the nerves do not order the muscles to move the bones? The muscles stay still, normally. Thus, relaxed muscles will stay so until they are told by connecting nerves to create tension to move some bones. Naturally the muscles will stay stiff if they are tense, until told to relax by the nerves.

This system usually works wonderfully well. If the muscles stay either tensed/unused for a long period of time, then this condition gives rise to problem. Neck and back problems are the most common ones. As a matter of fact - chronic tension in some muscles at least partly gives rise to most health problems.

Tension in the muscles may give rise to these four major problems :

1) Since the muscles move the bones and body, long periods of tension in some muscle groups will cause wrong body position. Such tense muscles can't do their normal job and will have to rely on other muscles around. Most people for example, have their head pointing too much forwards. The tense muscles in the neck can't balance the head and have to rely on other muscle groups such as the jaw muscles. This is one of the major causes for TMJ and other jaw related problems. Tension in the jaw and other muscles around also puts pressure on the breathing passages and causes snoring. Wrong position of the head also causes imbalance in the balance system of the ears, and the eyes - which is one of the main causes of dizziness and vertigo.

2) Tension in the muscles drastically reduces blood flow and may even block veins from delivering oxygen to every cell of the body instead of supporting the same. If this blocking happens to blood-carrying veins to the brain, it becomes really harmful thus giving rise to dizziness/vertigo, Fibromyalgia, migraine and other related headaches. Men will suffer from erectile dysfunction if the muscles around the genitals are tense. Brain is not the only part of the body that needs oxygen filled blood.

3) Muscles lock the bones in unnatural position, if they are held tense for a long period of a time. The bones eventually press on nerves that sends pain signals up to the brain. Almost all conditions that include pain are caused by tension in the muscles. This includes arthritis.

So what is the solution? It's simple. Move and stimulate the muscles that are stiff. Remember that muscles will not change their position till they get orders from the nerves that control them. These nerves are of course controlled by the brain, which hopefully is under your control. So get the muscles going and the pain and problem will go away.

Even though I am simplifying things in this article by going back to the basic, truth remains that solutions to many major health problems have been found by me even to some of those problems supposedly held incurable by the traditional medical system - by mostly focusing on loosening up both big and small muscles of the body. I'm discovering new conditions that these simple methods can heal are being discovered by me !
