I want to introduce to you what I like to call body-blast. This is a repetitive combined intense cardiovascular and resistance training workout that is sure to transform your body. If you don't think that you are capable of getting a hard-hitting workout without the use of equipment then you are very much mistaken!

So to start you are probably wondering what are body-blasts? Body-blasts include a series of continuous body-weight exercises that flow in nature and are performed in continuous succession by time and not reps! The structure of this unique and effective little workout has to be well planned beforehand in order to flow in nature, but allows you to change and add to it what you want at any given time. For instance, if you are going to plan body-blasts you may want to start with 3 different exercises that will flow in nature and that you can smoothly and immediately transition from one to the next for a duration of one minute. To give you an example of a good body-blast plan you can start with a thrusting push-up, then immediately transition from the next push-up into a squat thrust, and then back into a squat thrust with a jump. Once you cycle through all 3 movements then you start over again and repeat the process until your minute is up. This a great plan to execute in order to eliminate unwanted body-fat and to ensure you a tremendous strength and fitness regimen that will breed results.
