You don't have to quit your job to join MLM company. Therefore, you do not have to worry about putting food on your table while you are working on your MLM business.

If you want to start a traditional brick and mortar business, you will need at least several thousands dollars. However, you can easily start an MLM business with at most a few hundred dollars.

Overtime, your income from your MLM can grow exponentially, if you work hard and smart enough. Eventually, you will be able to quit your day job.
4)Residual Income
Once you have built a strong team with great leaders, your organization will grow by itself without you doing anything. You continue to get paid while you sleep, which means time freedom. What is the point of earning so much money if you don't have the time to enjoy it?
5)Free Training
Any good MLM companies will provide you with free training. You may be trained in areas like public speaking, marketing etc. The skills that you will acquire are priceless. You can lose everything but nobody can take your skill away from you.

If you join an MLM company that has an easily duplicable system in place, you should be able to start making profits within a few months. Obviously, it also depend on how much effort you put into your business and how much support you get from your sponsor.

You have the opportunity to make many friends with the same ideals. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to meet many successful people and learn from them.

Any good MLM company will have a range of good products. By consuming the products, you gain good health, convenience, education etc...depending on the nature of the products.

If you are thinking of starting a side career in MLM, or just want to see how your current company measures up, take note of the critical things to look for when choosing an MLM company.
One of the most important things is stability. It would be best if an MLM company has been in business for atleast 2 to 5 years. There is something about companies that have already ?stood the test of time?.
The longer the MLM company has been around, the more chance of it has of staying around. There are enough things to worry about in MLM, such as building your downline and promoting your business, without having to wonder if your company will be around next year.
Even if you were able to build the biggest downline and become the highest earner in the MLM company, it would not matter, should they suddenly shut down. There are never any guarantees, but a company with a longer track record generally has more chances of longevity.
The next thing to look for are the people in charge of the company. Who is the president, and who are the directors? What is their track record? Have they spent time in the MLM industry, or are they new to it all? What businesses have they been involved with in the past?
If you do not know the answer to these questions, call or email the company to find out. It is critical to know the answers to these questions from the outset. If you plan to spend many years with this MLM company, you want to be dealing with people who are honest, savvy, and have integrity in and outside of the business world.
Third, is the product being marketed. Does the company offer just one product, or a whole line of products? More products offers more diversity, but a single product is much easier to promote. You'll have to decide which is right for you.
In addition to this, the product(s) should be competitively priced, and somewhat unique. Fourth, know if it is easy to start in that MLM company. Can people join online, or do they have to fill out paper forms?
Having the option to join online makes the whole process a lot easier. On the same note, having the option to join free will open up your opportunity to many more people.
Your MLM company should let people join free and let them try out the business on a trial basis. Once someone has joined free, they have partially committed to the business. This makes it easier for you to build your downline, and allows the company to get feedback from new members.
Fourth, the more automated the MLM company is, the better. They should give you a personal company website that you can refer prospects to. The page should include a way to contact you, such as an email link.
And the MLM company should have a series of auto-responder emails that follow up with your prospects for you.
Next, is the payment structure. The payment structure of your chosen MLM company should be easy to understand, and should be even easier to explain to new prospects. There are so many types of commission structures, the confusion can often turn people off of MLM entirely. Find a company with an easy to understand, easy to work, and easy to explain commission structure. Think about this. Would you want to join a company that required a degree in quantum physics to understand how commissions are paid?
These are just a few points to consider when looking for an MLM company. It is up to the individual to decide what is best for them. Always check every MLM opportunity thoroughly before committing yourself. Do your research, and above all, ask questions. Your sponsor and your company should be willing to answer all your questions in a straight-forward manner.
