You had been steady with this cute guy for quite some time and have even gone out on a number of dates with him. He seemed to be quite a reasonable guy and always used to talk romantically with you. There were countless occasions when he had showered you with gifts and there were hardly any occasions or ceremonies where he did not use to invite you.

There were certain times when he chatted with you for hours on end. There were certain hours of the day when he used to call you without fail. He had also been physical with you. These actions of his had made you sure that he was in love with you and it was not a one way traffic. Now, all of a sudden, there has been a drastic change. He does not meet you any more and his calls have stopped coming. When you try to ring him up, the calls are invariably left unanswered. You try to know about his whereabouts from his friends, but they too seem to have changed and are ignoring you. How did this happen, why is he ignoring you and why has this guy stopped calling you all of a sudden? There can be some reasons for the same. Here are the reasons:

1. Did you reciprocate?

All guys like their girls to reciprocate their love and want to be treated in the same manner as they treat their girls; did you respond adequately to his love towards you? This is a question that only you can answer and you have to answer it honestly.

Ask deep within your heart and you will know. He might have been repeatedly hinting about how drab a particular dress looked or maybe how sensuous your smile might have been if only you had used a particular shade of color. Had you kept on wearing the same dress that he did not like once too often, or did not bother to apply the shade of lipstick he liked?

If you had not, then the fault is yours and you have only yourself to blame. But it is not too late as yet. Make those changes and try to visit the places you used to visit with him. Chances are that if he meets you there and observes a different you, he might come back to you again.

2. You had reciprocated, yet.

You had been meticulous and had carefully carried out all the changes he wished to see in you. If after this he is ignoring you and has stopped calling you, it is high time that you forget him and find someone else who might be a true friend and love.

There are certain persons who treat women like commodities and drop them once they are bored or find a new victim. It is advisable to shun these sorts of guys and there is no need to think about him any more. While you are sulking, he is most possibly getting intimate with a different girl.
