[W756]Why Am I So Angry
by Victor Lorentzo, Vic
There are probably around 10 million Americans today who suffer from excessive sweating. The number is probably higher since many won't even tell their doctors about the issue. The number is also growing on a regular basis causing more people to find themselves with wet armpits when there really is no reason for it.

There are several reasons for why the sweat problem is growing. One is the lack of research in the area. Excessive sweating is not looked at as a serious problem enough to do research on.

The second biggest issue is our lifestyle. The food we eat has a lot to do with it as well as the lack of activity in a normal American person's life. The lack of activity and the excessive fat, sugar and salt we eat on a regular basis increase the level of fat and it gets harder for the heart to pump our blood around.

Cosmetic products we use every day also have a role in this. Hygiene and beauty products we use on a regular basis contain toxins and bacteria that irritate the skin. This includes products like some types of deodorants, shampoos, soaps, perfumes and skin care products.

If we want to reduce the level of sweating we experience every day it is necessary to look at alternative methods for hygiene as well as our diet and our activity level. By getting rid of the bacteria and toxins stored on our bodies and allowing the blood to flow smoother through our bodies we are closer to a more sweat free lifestyle.

Getting past excessive sweating is a gift. You will start to become more social and start to seek settings where before you were afraid that somebody will be noticing you're sweating. All the sweat worries will be gone and you will be able to get more out of life.

Too much to do, too little time.....sounds similar to you? How many times have you heard someone say that? Now Picture this: You haven't started your term paper even though you've had the topic for two months, you have serious hunger pangs because you haven't had time to eat today, your car has a flat tire, and your class presentation partner just called to say that she has fallen sick and therefore can't make it to the presentation you are losing 40% of your marks and which you haven't had a chance to prepare for yet! how many times you have been through this situation?... Maybe it was you that said it!!..... the only question we always ask to ourselves after these awkward situations, why am I  Overwhelmed or stressed out being a student ? Being a student can be the most exhilarating time of your life. New friends, new places, new challenges can all add up to a huge buzz. But all those things can also make student life seem a total nightmare and results are we start becoming Tired, anxious and worried, Insecure, Irritable, frustrated and angry, physically ill stomach and headaches, muscle pain, Tearful and depressed. Most students feels    stress in their studies and a small number of students feel stressed or depressed for a lot of the time.
worst aspects of university life as, too little money ,being in debt ,juggling university work with other commitments ,no regular income , too much time spent studying and that is not enough.

They give a  contributions to our daily stress like, we are setting too high standards for ourselves and because of these expectations we are getting ourselves in trouble in relationships like Loneliness, Financial problems, Discrimination , Struggling with identity issues and Academic work etc .

Is ever stress is bad? The answer is very simple no!!! In fact, lets be honest with ourselves, we'd have to admit that sometimes we are proud of being stressed out. Why? Its seems to suggest that we are so busy and involved, or that we take our studies so seriously or that we work harder than other people. It's a little bit like bragging and maybe it would be better to find something else to be proud of. But, a little stress gets the adrenaline going, gives us energy and motivation and creativity. So harness the energy that stress releases and you'll get your work done well.

But sometimes this stress level becomes so unbearable and irresistible for us that so it starts getting interfering in our ability to sleep, eat, drive.... and  not only this, we become so overwhelmed that we started getting in abuse of caffeine addiction, nicotine dependence, food obsessions and sometimes eating disorders. The most exhilarating situation is when we feel that we just have to stay up all or most of the night to finish a paper or study for an exam.

In a nutshell, students stress is a person's physical and psychological reaction to a perceived or actual demand for change....but wait! what is this demand for change? ask your self! The answer is very simple! this demand  for change is itself is a stressor. Last but not the least..is there any answer to my question! why Being a student, am I so overwhelmed  and stressed out?
