From using online tools to booking a flight package through your hotel, here are some simple ways to cut back on hotel expenses for that upcoming trip:
1. Contact the hotel for special offers. Many hotels have running specials and offers available throughout the year, and these rates are not always published online. Get in touch with the reservations department to find out what the best prices for your desired room is, and if there are any upgrade options or discounts available.
2. Try your hand at bidding. Bidding for the best price using online services may get you an attractive rate. Bidding for the best price online gives you a chance to review different hotels in your destination, and submit an offer for a lower-than-market rate.
3. Become a preferred customer. Many hotels offer preferred customer rewards programs and special privileges for returning guests. Make sure you're on this list so you can be the first to take advantage of special offers and last-minute deals. This can be as simple as signing up for an e-mail list, but in some cases, you may need to fill out a formal application to receive a ?membership card.?
4. Jump online for last-minute deals. Many travel sites including Hotels.com, Travelocity and Expedia publish last-minute deals for travelers who have some flexibility in their schedule. These sites are great online shopping tools to track and compare the latest prices, and can help you narrow down your search within minutes.
5. Combine your flight and hotel. Many flight and hotel packages offer you a reduced rate on the hotel room so you can save money instantly. You can also find these online, but a hotel may can give you some insights on partner airlines they work with as well.

There is nothing cheaper than listening the noise of all car that drives past your home, or hearing to the neighbour's stereo when you are trying to read, or hearing "The Wiggles" from the children's playroom when you wishing to see the news.

10.Use upholstered furniture in your living room and bedrooms or wherever you want to reduce noise. Good timber or plastic furniture simply reflects sound, unlike the upholstered furniture which absorbs a great deal of noise.
To close, the only way to totally eliminate noise in your home is to affect to the country and leave the children in the city! No really, by thinking in front before you build a new home you can reduce the noise in your new home and make it a more relaxing and rich surround.
