What probably will surprise you is the method I found to do this. I found that it is entirely possible, and even profitable, to sell jewellery that you no longer need.

This all started about a year ago, when my boss at work told me they were going to have to either cut my salary or let me go. Obviously I'd rather have done neither, but I had to choose one so I took a 15% salary cut, which had me at wit's end almost trying to make ends meet.
