With this diet you may have some fat loss but it wont teach you how many calories you need to eat in order to achieve that weight loss.
The Atkins diet is another popular diet choice for many. With the Atkins diet you eat little or no curb and lots of high fat high protein meats. Many have had success with abdominal fat loss on this diet but is it the best way to lose weight? This high fat diet could have a negative effect internally on your body. Diets high in fat can clog your arteries increasing your risk for heart disease.
Eating a sensible diet and getting plenty of exercise is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Building up strength and stamina will lead to bodybuilding fat loss. So the question is why doesnt this work for everyone? Most of us dont realize that the junk we eat can leave behind a nasty plaque on the walls of our intestine. And no one wants to think about the nasty parasites that could be living in our gut as well. These two factors could be preventing you form losing weight.
