[W306]Weight Loss And Water
by Phil Hixon, Phi
It is quite usual to see a person starting a new diet after losing weight from dieting for sometime, and then getting back to their original weight again. After that the next step that anyone would take is to shift to another diet again, and so on. Life moves in this way and a time comes when the person thinks that now there is no other way than to live with an unhealthy body. This effect is popularly known as the yo-yo effect.

The best tip for keeping a successful diet is no doubt to drink as much water as possible. It is the only thing in the world that is absolutely free of cost and that is so beneficial for the body. There are studies that seventy five percent of people suffer from dehydration. It is a serious problem but because it is not as serious as cancer or other lethal ailments it is not taken as seriously.

Often when a person is feeling thirsty then his/her body sends a message to the brain, but again the problem is the person mistakes the message as to the requirement for food. So most of the time when a person is thirsty, they have some food and that is the biggest mistake committed by most people.

A person of normal bodyweight must drink about eight glasses per day. The more overweight you are the more your requirement is. A measure for water consumption would be for every 25 pounds of being overweight you drink one extra full glass of water. Therefore the heavier the person the more water required.

There is one more surprising factor that when it comes to drinks: coffee tea and soda pops do not count as water. If you drink tea or coffee you need to drink even more water to counterbalance.

There are numerous reasons to drink more water. Some of these are as below:

1. If someone isn't getting enough water the water will respond by storing as much water as possible as a defense. This retained water is the main cause for increasing your weight. So if you are encountering the problem of water retention, you must drink a good amount of water in order to get away from other problems. It could even help in reducing weight and a bloated look.

2. A per various studies, drinking a glass of water before going to bed helps in preventing night time hunger too.

3. If you are constantly constipated you may be dehydrated. If you don't want to be affected by this then drink enough water.

4. If you ever suffer from repeat headaches then you may not be drinking enough water. The list is never-ending. There are several other benefits of drinking water that are enough to make one know the real importance of having it in optimum quantity.

One common mistake most dieters make is involves intake. It's not that they are taking in too much. In this case they are not ingesting enough. Water is crucial to any diet plan but it seems to be nearly impossible to get the suggested 64-ounces of water each day. Somehow, though dieters don't seem to have a problem taking in flavored drinks by the gallon. They also seem to have a problem taking their weightloss tablets as well.

We all have very busy lives. There's enough stuff that one has to remember in a single day without adding the burden of drinking the right amount of water and taking one's weighloss tablets and vitamins. Unfortunately, it doesn't help our diet to forget these things, so perhaps we should just try harder.

Those who have never been on a diet before never understand how hard this is. Think of all the things you have to do in an average day. Now somewhere in there you have to add in to drink water eight times. Plus the weightloss tablets and the vitamins. Plus the eating right and the exercise. Not so easy is it? Of course when we forget we are also setting ourselves up to end up on a binge since our hunger isn't suppressed.

Water doesn't have any flavor, so it is hard to force your body to drink it all day. Think about a glass of water and a nice chilled glass of iced tea, which would you prefer to drink? For dieters the iced tea is off the table so day in day out we drink glass after glass of boring, flavorless water.

The makers of Dexatrim have come up with a valuable solution to the water intake problem and the problem of forgetting our very important weightloss tablets. Dexatrim Max2O tablets dissolve in a glass of water. The product is ephedra free and it contains green tea. The weightloss tablets also boast great flavor as well which is a real motivator for the water-hating community of dieters.

All you have to do it keep some tablets in your bag, purse, or desk drawer, then when you go to have a glass of water, pop one in. Now you have both your water, which now tastes great, and your weightloss tablet to suppress your hunger. This is one diet tool that will help you on your way.
