Many followers of the Atkins Diet have discovered the secret of these incredible low-carb and sugar free taste treats. This allows them to stay on their diet plan without missing out on a delicious dessert.

In fact, for many dieters, having a dessert is the one thing that keeps them feeling more satisfied. If you feel satisfied you will stay on a diet plan longer and be more successful with weight loss.

But it's important to note that just because a dessert is sugar free doesn't mean it's calorie free. Even though these sugar free desserts are usually lower in calories, they still could sabotage a low calorie diet. Although many weight loss program allow them, check your diet plan to see what it says about these no sugar desserts before you eat them.

Another advantage of eating a sugar free dessert is it doesn't raise your blood sugar like desserts made with sugar. Keeping your blood sugar levels more level keeps your hunger down and is much better for your overall health. You are also less prone to diabetes which is at an all time high in America right now.

A lot people use sugar free desserts as part of their weight loss program. But many have switched to these no sugar taste treats, as a much healthier alternative.

So the next time you crave something sweet but still want to stay on your weight loss program, a sugar free dessert might be a perfect choice.


Nowadays, many people, just to lose weight and look good will pay substantial sums of money for diet pills or joins weight loss programs. However this need not always be the case because the most effective ways can just be the cheapest and most obvious as well. People because of it simplicity tend not to take notice of it until someone point it out to them. For this method to work, you just need a small investment in time.

What we are going to discuss here actually is just about having regular breakfast. Many people in their "rush" to the office often forget to have proper breakfast. This is an ill advised move because by doing so, you are actually promoting your body to gain more weight quicker. So instead of losing more weight by skipping breakfast, at the end of the day, you will find yourself gaining weight. This is because :-

1. Your metabolic rate remains at a very low level: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your body derives its primary energy from your breakfast, and it uses this energy to keep you active throughout the day. You may not be aware of it but you can remain active only because your metabolic rate remains at a high level.

By skipping breakfast, what we actually did was to cut off our energy supply. The body will react by slowing down its metabolism rate to conserve energy. Ultimately this will lead to your body burning fats at a slower rate. If your metabolism rate is high the opposite is true and this is why you will not gain weight if your metabolism rate is high.

This is the main reason why skipping breakfast will result in weight gain. There is also another reason why skipping breakfast will result in weight gain.

2. You are more likely to gorge on fast foods: When you leave for office on an empty stomach, you are very likely to enter into a fast food restaurant and gorge on whatever is available there without caring for their calorie content. Fast foods are usually rich in calories, and regular fast food consumption is one of the primary reasons behind the increasing cases of obesity in today's world.

Because of these two reasons, skipping breakfast is not a recommended way of losing weight because the opposite will happen instead. Breakfast is the Most Important meal of the whole day and as such you should ensure that you take what is proper for your breakfast. Food like raw fruits, Vegetables, whole grains bread are recommended. When you have your breakfast at home, you can ensure that the food you consumed are low in calories.

Avoid having chips and soda in your breakfast: they will fill your body with loads of empty and useless calories, which will automatically be deposited in your body as fat!
