There are a few ways that can make your skin age: the sun, smoking, not getting enough sleep, bad diets, and junk food. These can make your skin age and make you look older then what you are. The sun damages your skin making it get wrinkles, lines, and bags and really dark circles under your eyes. So you need to protect your skin as much as possible to prevent this from happening to you. It also can give you sun spots on your skin. It could be on your arms, back, chest, or any other part of your body.

Smoking damages your body inside and out. It makes your skin age to where it is older than what you really are. It acts as a drain and sucks your body of life, and that is why your skin ages so much. Smoking takes the beauty of your body away and it lets it go, so you look old and your body looks terrible because of all the wrinkles on your body. If you do not want to look older and have wrinkles, then you need to stop smoking. If you don't smoke, don't start because it will happen to you.

If you do not get enough sleep due to working all night or just staying up all night to party with your friend, this can make your skin age because it affects the skin and your body. It will make it age faster and make you feel and look terrible in the long run. You need your sleep to stay in good health, to slow down the aging process, and to help keep your skin looking the age that you really are.

Diets can make you age, too, because it can put stress on your body, especially when you lose and gain weight on a regular basis. During this time, your body also loses energy. Then your body has to adjust to what your body is doing to itself, and this makes it look older than what it is supposed to be.

Then there is the junk food with all the salt, cholesterols, fat, sugar, additives, and the artificial flavoring in it. It makes you look older and can make you become fat. You need to eat healthier to stay in shape and to keep your body the way it is supposed to be for your age. You need lots of fresh fruits and vegetables for the vitamins that your body needs to help look young.
