[A38]A Good Diet Plan
by Ricardo D Argence, Ric
The art of bodybuilding demands great commitment and will, balanced lifestyle, habitual exercise, and, most significantly, a balanced and healthy diet. Bodybuilders have always been the masters of dieting. Besides bodybuilders, there has never been a sport athlete who has been able to build their body the exact way they want.
Bodybuilders are able to lose and gain body weight just by adjusting their diet. Although your diet is important in order to have that perfect V-Shape body with bulging muscles, a proper workout is equally important. Many people have the idea that not eating will help them lose weight. It is not a healthy way of shedding extra weight, though it is true.
Surprisingly, eating well can contribute to weight loss. You cant just go out and eat everything and anything you want and expect to loose weight. If you want to shed weight and shape your body, it calls for a proper diet plan.
Whether you wish to keep healthy, or build a Stallone-like physique, you must eat properly to help you boost the process. Now that you know how important a role healthy diet plan plays in the process of bodybuilding, you may be wondering what a bodybuilding diet plan is all about.
You should eat nutritious and healthy foods in right amounts if you are on a body building diet. In order for you to build a nice-toned healthy muscualr body we will have to take a look at what types of diet plans would be best for you.
Breakfast: Seven scrambled eggs (1 whole+6 or more whites). 1 cup cooked non-instant oatmeal. 1 cup coffee. 1 glass of apple juice.
1st. Snack: 1 protein shake. 1 small glass of water.
Lunch: 1 can tuna fish. 2 slices of wheat bread. 1 spoon of sweet relish. Dash of celery-salt. 1 large glass of water.
2nd snack: 1 protein shake. 1 small glass of water
Dinner: 1 salmon steak or baked boneless chicken breast. 1 serving of brown rice. 1 serving of green beans. 1 large glass of water.
Before bed: 1 protein shake. 1 small glass of water.
You must have noticed that all your meals have one thing in common that is water. This is because water plays a very important role in your bodybuilding diet plan. It is usually recommended to have 8-9 glasses of water every day. Water helps to boost up your body building process, therefore, make sure you have enough water every day.
So to conclude, for a healthy and a muscular body it is very important to follow a proper diet plan. In case you are working towards building a muscular body then considering the abovementioned diet plan along with your workout program is sure to help you a great deal in achieving your goal faster than you expect.

Natural foods and camaraderie are two components of a good diet plan. Did you know that a piece of fruit can curb your appetite for sweets? Or that people who share a common goal and work on it together are more likely to be successful? There are more diet plans available than there are stars in the heavens, but none are recommended for long term use because they all have side effects. We all try fad dieting at times, it seems like we're always looking for that quick result, but consider helping your friend (and yourself) along by loading up a basket of natural foods to help you meet that goal. Simple, fresh foods may be the answer.

Experts have so many conflicting and confusing opinions on the best way to lose weight. Some maintain that a low carb, high protein diet is the way to go. Others maintain that eating only very specific foods or flushing out our systems with vinegar and lemon juice for two weeks is the best method for weight loss. Fad diets may come and go, but the sound advice still rings true that the best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise.

If you want, you can think of it this way: more calories have to go out than the number of calories that come in. This sounds too simple to be true, but it is. It comes down to our willpower to stop eating foods that are bad and the self-discipline to keep up a regular exercise program. Are there steps we can take to maximize our chance at success?

Aimlessly walking for thirty minutes a day on a treadmill or perched on an exercise bicycle is not the most exciting way to spend a half an hour. It is human nature to try to avoid tasks we don't enjoy. We will always be more apt to stay on track with an exercise plan when we enjoy the activity. Instead of a treadmill or exercise bicycle, try taking a vigorous walk on a quiet country road or walking path. Treat yourself to a healthy snack after your excursion from gift baskets.

Fresh air and beautiful scenery will do wonders toward making us want to exercise. Plus, we'll be burning fat and calories. Regularly scheduling in your exercise will ensure that you do it every day, too. It will just become another part of your daily routine that you always do. If you have a dog, take him for long walks. You'll both enjoy the change of pace.

Exercising with a friend is always more enjoyable that going it alone. You can act as each other's coach ensuring that you both stick with the program. A vigorous walk with a good friend can also be a time to socialize and catch up on all news of your friends and co-workers. Try competing with each other to see who can complete the walk in record time or walk the most miles. Reward each other with a low calorie snack from food gift baskets.

Power snacks like fruit and nuts will give you the energy boost you need and still be good for you. There are certain foods that are known for their weight loss properties. Nuts, especially almonds, pack a double punch. Their high fiber content makes us feel fuller and act as an appetite suppressant while simultaneously helping us to lose weight. There is a high percentage of fat in nuts, but it is the good kind of fat that your body needs to lower cholesterol.
