While there are other doctors who do liposuction procedures, you should only consider having your liposuction procedure performed by a plastic surgeon who is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

By selecting a plastic surgeon who is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, you ensure that your surgeon has at least five years of surgical training, and a minimum of two years of training specifically in plastic surgery procedures. In addition, you ensure that they are ethical and professional.

Liposuction is major surgery, and you only want to have it performed by someone who is an expert in the field and really knows what they are doing.
