If you want to dramatically improve your skin and transform your health your daily eating should look something like this:
Breakfast:
Prepare one large glass of freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice.
This needs to be raw and green. By green I mean it needs to contain a lot of green vegetables. This is extremely important as you need to continue the elimination process your body goes through on a daily basis.
The elimination process starts at midnight each night and lasts until midday the next day.
Your juice should contain raw fruit, vegetables and green foods such as spirulina or wheatgrass formula.
Juices are easy to digest and require very limited energy to process. The vitamins and minerals are almost immediately assimilated by the body.
Good green vegetables such as Dandelion Leaves, Lettuce or Spinach Leaves will suffice. Green powders such as Spirulina or Wheatgrass too should be added to your juice.
If this is your first experience with green foods then take it easy. Start off with a teaspoon of green powder after your third or fourth day of juicing.
Also introduce only a small handful of green vegetables at the beginning. By the start of week two you should increase the quantity of both green leaf vegetables and green powder.
This is the most beneficial breakfast you can consume. The juices are very nutritious and will work wonders to your eczema skin.
After several days you will begin to feel more energetic too.
