There are many machines which are advertised on TV and promise wonderfool results in the area of body building and muscle development. But you have to be very attentive with such promises. There are special exercises which can help you to achieve amazing results without any machines.
First of all, you have to combine diferent types of exercises for different body areas and for different results. You have to lose weight and to train your muscles in the same time. It is possible only in case of exercise combination. Pay attention on such exercises as workouts for legs, abs, hands, step ups, push ups, lunges. These exercises can be modified and combined in different ways. Buying of special machines is just waste of time as you can achieve desirable results without expnsive training machines. The most effective type of lunge, which is favourite exercise of the client, as the results are amazing, is walking lunge. To make outdoor kunges more difficult, you can use additional weight
If you have a desire to make walking lunges, you have to:
1. Walk several minutes. Your thing must be parallel to ground and shin must stay vertical.
2. Leg must be bent in knee. Do not touch the ground by back knee during the exercises.
3. To repeat the exercises, make several minutes of break.
To achieve better results you have to combine different variants of exercises. Besides, you can make the same exercises in different way.
In several weeks of training you will see how effective the lunge exercises are. Besides, you will understand that special training machines are not necessary element of workout.
