Hannah Montana has conquered more than just the television screen as it gained popularity not only in the United States but all around the world. Disney has already gone into various business ventures in line with the hit program, including clothing apparel, stationery, dolls, video games and other products. However, lately, Disney is focusing on techy gadgets to further promote the show. These gadgets include video cameras, LCD TVs and high quality iPod compatible speakers, all of which are a product of a successful market study.

"We are seeing kids and tweens quickly follow the adult market in terms of technology. Gone are the days of boxy TVs and CD players. This year, kids will be looking for flat screen TVs and iPod compatible speaker docks with great sound, and our new line is very much on the forefront of this trend," Chris Heatherly, VP of global electronics for Disney Consumer Products, said in a statement.

These technological products are spearheaded by the release of the Disney Flix Video Cam, an easy-to-use compact hand-held video camera which includes various features and functions. This includes a Disney Director software which includes storyboards, sound effects, music, film footage and character voices from popular Disney productions such as Hannah Montana. This enables the users to shoot and star in their own Disney movie.

For music enthusiasts, a new Disney iPod compatible speaker, which is made-for-iPod compliant and uses Apple's 30-pin connector, was released. A number of themes are available, including a Hannah Montana design which features two variations. The standard design includes an iPod compatible/personal media player dock and digital AM/FM alarm clock radio and the other design features a guitar amp with microphone and guitar inputs.

Disney will also be releasing a new LCD TV with a 15-inch viewing screen, high-quality Sharp panels, and digital operation. Designs for the monitors include Hannah Montana, High School Musical, Disney Princess and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Prices of these products are $99.99 for the Flix Video Cam, $299.99 for the LCD TV and $69.99 for the iPod compatible speakers.
