The Old Testament Verses from 1-10 are talking about the dreams of the butler and the baker that Joseph had interpreted them while they all were in jail. The New Testament Verses from 1-10 are talking Jesus spoke unto them by parables; a man planted a vineyard. The parable is a symbol that God sent many messengers and Prophets unto the Jews. The Jews did catch some, beat some, cast stones some, wound some and kill some. The Noble Quran Verses from 1-10 are talking about many subjects e.g., Allah is the only forgiver of sins and the acceptor of repentance (see: C: The third part - I and II)

Chapter 40 in the New Testament is Mark 12; it is composed of 44 verses. Verses from 1-10 are talking about Jesus spoke unto them by parables; a man planted a vineyard. Mark 12 (King James Version)
1] And he began to speak unto them by parables. A certain man planted a vineyard, and set an hedge about it, and digged a place for the winefat, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country. 2] And at the season he sent to the husbandmen a servant, that he might receive from the husbandmen of the fruit of the vineyard. 3] And they caught him, and beat him, and sent him away empty. 4] And again he sent unto them another servant; and at him they cast stones, and wounded him in the head, and sent him away shamefully handled. 5] And again he sent another; and him they killed, and many others; beating some, and killing some. 6] Having yet therefore one son, his wellbeloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son. 7] But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours.' 8] And they took him, and killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard. 9] What shall therefore the lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others. 10] And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:
It is interesting to know: A - How many Messengers did the Jews Kill? B - How many Prophets did the Jews Cast Stones? C - How many Messengers did the Jews Wound? D - How many Prophets did the Jews Hurt?
Look what happened after Jesus had said the Parable: A - They knew that he had spoken the parable against them B - They left him, in order not to listen to him C - They send unto him another priests, why? D - To catch him in his words
12] And they sought to lay hold on him, but feared the people: for they knew that he had spoken the parable against them: and they left him, and went their way. 13] And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words. =========
I will postpone my question: "Is the Quran quoted from the Bible?" until you read the third parts of this article (C: The third part - I and II).
The Old Testament Verses from 1-10 are talking about Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. They asked him of his wife; and he said: she is my sister! (same as Abraham had done before). God promised to make his seed to multiply as the stars of heaven (scientifically speaking, this never happened!). The New Testament Verses from 1-10 are talking about Jesus said that he is betrayed to be crucified at the Passover. The Jewish high priest and the chief priests assembled and consulted to take Jesus and kill him. The Noble Quran Verses from 1-10 are talking about the verses of the Quran make plain the lawful and the unlawful, the commands and prohibitions. Muhammad was very sad because the unbelievers did not believe (he knows their fate, the hell). Allah could send down to them a sign from the heaven, but they are always denied. Genesis 26 (King James Version)
1] And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. 2] And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: 3] Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father; 4] And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; 5] Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws. 6] And Isaac dwelt in Gerar: 7] And the men of the place asked him of his wife; and he said, She is my sister: for he feared to say, She is my wife; lest, said he, the men of the place should kill me for Rebekah; because she was fair to look upon. 8] And it came to pass, when he had been there a long time, that Abimelech king of the Philistines looked out at a window, and saw, and, behold, Isaac was sporting with Rebekah his wife. 9] And Abimelech called Isaac, and said, Behold, of a surety she is thy wife; and how saidst thou, She is my sister? And Isaac said unto him, Because I said, Lest I die for her. 10] And Abimelech said, What is this thou hast done unto us? one of the people might lightly have lien with thy wife, and thou shouldest have brought guiltiness upon us. ========= New Testament

1] And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples, 2] Ye know that after two days is the feast of the Passover and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified. 3] Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas, 4] And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him. 5] But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people. 6] Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, 7] There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat. 8] But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste? 9] For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor. 10] When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me. =========
