Before you join one of the clubs that has been around for a while make sure that you will be advised by people who are making a career of it. If you can be guided and learn as you go along there is no reason why you should not join the thousands of people who are making a good career from this activity.
The Cash Gifting Programs appeal to many people because they have 3 levels of gifting: $500, $1,500 and $3,500. Cash gifts are delivered to participants via Fedex, UPS or DHL.
These Cash Gifting Clubs have been in existence long enough to have attracted many experienced leaders over the years and seem to enjoy a well organised support structure, which leads us to a point of caution. Unlike any commercial organisation they can not be joined at will, an invitation from a member is required. It seems, therefore, that we should scrutinise our inviter on two points: Is he/she experienced and successful? If not, were they invited themselves by somebody who is? And, will you have access to that successful person?
Logically, if we as inexperienced members invite others to join; what credibility would we have? The answer it seems is to make sure that there is successful experience close to your inviter in order to have that same experience close to you. This is an initial caution of course because time will give experience to all new members including you.
Members state that anybody contemplating joining their Gifting Club can expect to receive expert guidance from day one. Members also claim that on joining you can expect to be pointed to a wealth of recourses to help you.
These cash gifting clubs are all very similar and provided they have been around for a few years, it doesn't matter much which one you join. What is far more important is how expert, knowledgeable, experienced and helpful your inviter is. You can not access any cash gifting club without an invitation.
There are a few groups that concentrate on cash gifting in the UK. Some are better than others. There are three hilariously unprofessional videos available for viewing on Google at time of writing which speak for themselves. There are others better organised.
For those UK residents thinking of joining this activity, not only is it a great deal easier to work with others in the same time zone, there is a lot to be said for working non US/Canadian markets because they are far less saturated.
The above very valid point may suggest to US/Canadian residents, who want to work less saturated markets, in addition to their own, and are prepared to put up with the inconvenience of time difference.
When a person shifts or wants to shift from one province or state to another, he needs to take the help of the local council to have his home swapped and to find a new house or flat or whatever form of shelter he is looking at buying or renting.
There are council exchange associations where a number of people who are interested in a home swap get registered to avail of its benefits. These associations in return help its members by finding them suitable house swaps or exchanges.
A lot of these associations are private run and charge their customers. Most of these private run associations have a small website on which the members’ properties are advertised. Other members who are looking for a house may just find their required home swap on one of these websites.
There are a lot of government run associations which also host a lot of local tenant information. These are normally done for free and are found locally. They sometimes help you find homes in other provinces as they act on behalf of the customer. They fix a meeting ground where a customer can take a look at the various offers he gets for his new home.
There are a lot of people who are homeless in the UK. These local council’s help these citizens by finding them homes and providing them with shelter. All these councils are run by the government and operate mostly for free as community service. This is just a part of the councils as there are many other types of council which deal with various other aspects.
Many of these associations also help in finding jobs, foreign exchange, and in finding educational universities. In foreign countries they act on behalf of their local governments for citizens living in different countries.
