The last item I want you to do is I want you to cut out all red meat and replace it with some fish or organic-reared chicken. Red meat increases the acidity in your blood. And a lot of the meat contains antibiotic growth chemicals, parasites, all these chemicals, which act as waste in your body and overwhelm your organs. The reason why you have eczema is because your body is overwhelmed with all the waste it has to express, and it can't do it efficiently. If you eliminate red meat--try to do it for at least six months. And once you've done your colon and your liver cleanse, you will find that your skin is a lot healthier, and your eczema will disappear very quickly. I'm going to open the line for questions. Anybody have any questions?
S: I got some. My dear, I've done a bowel cleanse. I've done two liver cleanses.
JS: Did you do the one after each other?
S: It was last summer I did a bowel cleanse. And then I've done two liver cleanses recently. I waited a while. I've eliminated dairy. I cook for a living a couple of days a week, and I work for Whole Foods. But eliminating meat is really hard, though I got to taste it. A lot of times I just don't swallow it. I do eat chicken. But you're saying don't eat dark meat?
JS: Yes, eliminate eating red meat. You could eat chicken and you could eat fish.
S: Omega-3s, I take an omega-3 and -6 from Thorne Research, which is a very--I don't know if you know that company.
JS: No.
S: They make a very high-quality supplement. You're saying about hemp seed. You mean as to being equal to each other? Is that what you meant?
JS: Yes.
