Crunchy Garden Salad:- This is a meal full of vegetables. Choose at least 7 vegetables from the following list: Cabbage, kale, fennel, chard, collards, lettuce, spinach, watercress, radicchio, carrots, parsnips, turnips, beetroot, celery, yams, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers and Swedes. Serve with olive oil and lemon. Season with parsley.
