4.In acute cases the bronchitis patient should be given orange juices more from water.
5.Few breathing techniques exercises are effective for bronchitis treatment as they ease breathing and blood circulation.

What are the Symptoms of Bronchitis?

Some of the most common symptoms are: a cough, wheezing, fever, and soreness in the chest.

Herbal remedies for Bronchitis

Combine equal parts of lungwort grass and flowers. 4 tbsp of the mix steep for 2 hours in 500 g of boiling water. Drink ? cup 4 times a day.

Combine equal parts of ash tree leaves and bark. 1 tbsp of the mix put in 1 cup of boiling water and boil at low heat for 20 min. Take 1 tbsp 3 times a day.

2-4 tbsp of nettle seeds steep in 500 g of boiling water in thermos over night. Drink ? cup 3-4 times a day.

2 tbsp of nettle roots boil in 1 cup of water for 5 min at low heat. Steep for 30 min and drink ? cup 3-4 times a day.

1 tbsp of sage bring to a boil at low heat in 1 cup of milk, cool down a little, strain and bring to a boil one more time. Take hot before going to bed at night.

Combine 2 tbsp of butter, 2 egg yolks, 1 tsp of flour and 2 tsp of honey. Let stand for 30 min and take 1 tbsp 4-5 times a day.

1 washed unpeeled onion cover completely with cold water and add 1 tbsp of sugar. Bring to a boil and boil at low heat for 30 min. drink onion syrup during a day.

1 tsp of dry verbena leaves steep in 1 cup of boiling water for 20 min. drink during a day.

5 g of thyme grass steep for 1 hour in 1 cup of boiling water and take 1 tbsp 5-6 times a day. This remedy is good for kids to reduce cough at bronchitis.

Combine 50 g of crushed horse radish and juice of 2 lemons. Take 1 tsp every hour between morning and noon.

Combine 2 tbsp of anise seeds, 1 tsp of honey, pinch of salt and 1 cup of boiling water. Mix well and take warm 2 tbsp every 2 hours.

Crush 2 heads of garlic and 5 lemons; put it in 1 L of boiled water and keep covered in dark, cool place for 5 days. Strain, squeeze out and take 1 tbsp twice a day 20 min before meal.Chronic bronchitis.

1 tbsp of dry coltsfoot flowers and leaves steep in 1 cup of boiling water for 30 min, strain and take 1 tbsp 4-6 times a day for at least 10 days.

Combine equal parts of: elecampane roots, anise berries, pansy grass, coltsfoot leaves and thyme grass. Put 4 tsp of the mix in 1 cup of water, steep for 2 hours and then boil for 5 min. Strain and take 1/3 cup 3 times a day.

Combine 2 parts of coltsfoot leaves, 1 part of Origanum grass and 2 parts of chamomile. 2 tbsp of crushed mix steep in 500 g of boiling water for 5-6 hours. Strain and take ? cup of warm infusion 3 times a day before meal.

Combine 500 g of crushed onion, 400 g of sugar, 50 g of honey and 1 L of water and boil for 3 hours at low heat. Let cool down, strain and keep under lead in dark, cool place. Take 1 tbsp 4-6 times a day.
