14. In short include your website URL on all communication both online and offline.
15. Do you have a specialty, a subject in which you have a large expertise? Consider either posting articles, lessons and advice on that subject or offering online podcasts, and presentations on it.
16. Create a visual CD presentation promotting your business. Offer it free of charge through the mail or post it on the web for online downloading.
