The beauty of water exercise is that it can provide a strenuous work-out for the elite athlete or can be tailored to meet the needs of the novice. Water acts as a perfect place to get rid of joint pains. As it allows the effects of gravity to be diminished and allows movements to occur that would be painful and difficult on land in comparison to water. It has been observed that deep water running has proved to be very successful to many world class athletes who have overuse injuries.

Water is a natural solvent, transporter, lubricant, and coolant. Therefore, it can greatly help in the removal of waste. It aids in the removal of waste and toxins from the bloodstream, thus enabling reduced water retention and in weight loss. Water is also an electro negative enhancer, meaning that it uses the space between red blood cells optimally. This property helps to reduce clotting and heart disease problems.

In order for these beneficial properties to be enjoyed, the water that we drink needs to be clean and pure of toxins itself. If water is not pure and contains toxins itself, then you are not optimizing the use of water for detoxification. Polluted water just adds to the big load of toxins that you are probably already accumulating inside you through years of unhealthy eating.

Pure water is filtered water and not mineral or spring water which contains materials that cannot be broken down by the body. Only organic minerals can be assimilated by the body, and spring and mineral water components are inorganic.

To check if what type of water comes out from your tap, you need to find out where your water has been or is coming from. Distilled water is considered to be the ultimate in water purity, especially if fractional distillation is used. The water is vaporized and re condensed so that all minerals and chemicals are removed.

It will certainly be more economical to filter your own water than buy it packaged. After all, you need to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day and not forgetting, everyone else in your family needs to do the same.

There are several ways to go about purifying the water in your home. There are many types of filtration system with absorbent filters made of carbon or charcoal, ion exchange filters, and reverse osmosis systems. The best way to decide which method will work best for your home is to have the water tested for its composition of pollutants. That way, you can decide which filtration system will best help you remove these pollutants from the water that you are going to be drinking daily.
