One of the primary ingredients for maintaining a healthy weight is a good dose of exercise.

If you combine a moderate level of exercise with a sensible food intake you will burn fat as opposed to accumulate fat and you will maintain a healthy weight or lose weight to a healthy level.

Our cars and our addiction to driving are definitely not helping us in our Battle of the Bulge.

We jump in our cars to drive down to the convenience store that, oh by the way, is only one or two blocks away from home. Don't mention that we did that to buy the low fat yogurt, because we are on a diet.

We do the drive-through at the coffee shop to buy the coffee without sugar, because we heard that sugar is bad for our weight.

This one takes the cake. We jump in our cars to drive to the gym so that we can walk on the treadmill or sweat in the aerobics class.

Walking is a fantastic exercise to raise your heartbeat to a fat burn level. The best fat burn level for your body is where your heartbeat and breathing are at a level where you can still carry on with a normal conversation.

Next time you grab the car keys to run an errand, pause for a second and ask yourself if you really need to drive.

You might surprise yourself with how many times the answer to that question would be no.

You might also surprise yourself with how good you will feel and how much weight you will lose by replacing unnecessary driving with good old-fashioned walking.

So This is what it’s like to have heaven on earth…
10. Posted the homes on the MLS. Captured the home in the best light and staged the homes so it would be inviting and attractive to a homebuyer.
9. Ordered For Sale signs to be planted into the front yard. Kept a good supply of flyers available so those who pass by the home would be able to obtain the information they need on the home.
8. Mailed out flyers to homes throughout the neighborhood. Branded my name on these flyers so those in the neighborhood will think of me the next time they want to list a home.
7. Utilized the Internet to announce the availability of the home to a mass audience. Many prospective homebuyers are now going online to do their own research on homes. The many sites out on the web that generate good amounts of traffic are ideal for targeting these homebuyers.
6. Notified other realties and office of the availability of the homes. Sent emails, made phone calls, and let as many people as possible know about the available homes.
5. Generated attention the listings by bringing them up at meetings and clubs. Brought along presentations of the homes with great photos and created bullet lists of all the great points about the home.
4. Picked up the phone and dialed the residents in the immediate area to alert them to the homes. This accomplished two things at once, I was able to inform the neighbors of the home so if they or someone they know are interested, the house could get a buyer. In addition, I was able to put my name out there to all those in the neighborhood so they know who I am.
3. Once the calls came in from interested buyers, screened them on their ability to purchase the homes. Verified that the prospects who were calling in are in a position financially to qualify to purchase the home and close it out. This includes checking the credit scores, downpayment available, income, and debts.
2. Once the financial aspect was confirmed, drafted the purchase agreements with the buyers and sellers. Confirmed that the contracts were written up thoroughly and all details were covered so that both sides are clear on the expectations of the terms of the agreement.
1. Deposited the commission checks from the sold homes!!! 10 homes SOLD in 60 days! In addition to being able to help others locate the home of their dreams, to get paid for it as well!
At this point, your mind is probably protesting the realty of the situation. This sounded too good to be true! What am I smoking? No, not really as I don't do that. What am I drinking? No, I don't do that either. Is this a dream? No, I'm wide awake (well rested, 8hrs sleep yesterday). Yes, I'm sober if you can imagine that after you read this article.....alright I'll let you in on this secret.
It may have crossed your mind that the 10 steps listed for accomplishing the task of selling these 10 homes was written in the past tense.. This HAS already happened. YES! this DID happen ... just not yet. This is the goal a real estate agent buddy of mine is working on right now.....working backward to make this a reality. : ) I can see there is some value to the technique since most of the success in life begins in your mind. You have to see it for yourself before you can make it happen. By keeping the goal ahead in your mind, you can continually become absorbed in only the type of busy work that gets you closer to the target achievements.
The activities listed in this article will help you to get your mind wrapped around the need to go out and get new business so that you can attract what you want. Give it a try and push yourself to possibilities you may never have thought about before. The results will speak for themselves when you find yourself meeting up with more opportunities just because you are already in the mindset to accomplish this task. When opportunity knocks, you want to be prepared to open the door because you have prepared yourself all along to receive what lies on the other side.
