The schools are some of the highest rated in the nation. But most of all, Arizona is a good real estate investment because it is a great place to live and raise children.
If I had to choose for you a city in which to live I'd choose Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Mesa. Scottsdale is a terrific choice to buy from. Why? Because there are a lot of newer properties there and it has always been known as the best area in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
Also, with Arizona the heat is a dry heat, so don't worry about humidity. Arizona real estate, in my opinion, is one of the best places to buy in the United States. I grew up in Arizona, and I wouldn't have traded my childhood with anyone anywhere.
