If man moves on with the further development in science and technology, and enjoys the knowledge, power and wealth to keep up not only with the comforts but the luxuries of the world, how much then is left for others to enjoy. Necessities, comforts and luxuries are what people enjoy in life. Time has changed man according to what he should keep. In the past, man has contented himself with achieving his daily bare necessities. However, time progressed and so is development and maturity of man.
The progress of science and technology brought man into a newer perspective. He has not anymore relied on the natural tidings from the yields of the land and of the sea. He has gone beyond as he discovered much of the earth’s potential. He then moved to comforts to make his life better. His convenience seemed to have not satisfied him. As he ventured for more, he gained more knowledge and wealth.
A person survives by meeting his necessities. Such necessities include food, water, clothing and shelter. These are the basic tangible necessities that people ought to provide for himself and to his dependents. Though sometimes these may lack, but necessities serve as sustenance. If the shortage of these necessities may be prolonged, then this affects the well-being of a person. Therefore, it is necessary for man to work. He works to live. Yet man was not driven with what he usually gains. He has learned his way to meet not only his needs.
