The Borat movie is said to have been filmed in one take with no set ups. However, surely there are at least some setups in this crazy, offensive, and hysterical film? The truth is that only Borat knows and he's not telling. So, you will have to watch the movie yourself to decide what you think. However, there are a lot of real life Americans who ended up in the Borat movie who may not have expected to become ?movie? stars even though they signed consent forms. Some of these individuals thought their presence in the movie was funny, or at least not too embarrassing, while others were outraged because they were never let in on the ?joke? i.e. movie and had to find out as it began premiering. This is really what the movie is all about. Some folks seem embarrassed by their actions and words that had they known they would be in a movie they would have never said.

That is what the movie is all about. It is disrespectful, rude, offensive, politically incorrect, and somehow incredibly funny at the same time. Maybe it's because people are so two faced and the movie completely reveals that. Individuals find it ok to share their real thoughts and feelings about homosexuals, women, blacks, Jews, and more when they think someone likeminded like an idiot Borat is around to listen. But, as soon as these thoughts and feelings are revealed on the big screen then these individuals are angered and upset.

Many of the fans of Borat say although the movie is incredibly politically incorrect it does an amazing job of taking those anti-Semites, racists, homophobes and more and making fun of them and their beliefs. Others see the movie and believe that Borat is not funny but completely offensive to all these groups and more. Whether the Borat movie is offending everyone or making fun of those that like to offend is really a matter of interpretation. You will have to see the movie to decide for yourself and it is probably coming to a theatre near you very soon. But, if you don't have a good sense of humor and are easily offended you might be better off saving your money.
