Since these sites normally don't receive the amount of traffic that even the minor posision search sites do, you have a much better chance of standing out from the crowd by doing it this way.

It's better to narrow your sites than apply to any job you are remotely qualified for. Each job application requiers your full attention to stand out from the crowd. That means you have to make cover letters and resumes individually for each particular job you are applying for. Don't use the cut and paste technique to submit the same info to 100 job application pages at a time. This won't work.
