On my travels around the globe I have seen some very special places and like this one so much I think I may move there to live its called Barossa Valley hidden away in the State of South Australia in Australia . I found this place because of my love for wine and one day when I was sipping a glass of Wolf Blass Shiraz I thought? What is The Barossa Valley like? The wine label described it simply so I went and saw my travel agent who had been told about the area, she managed to find some pictures for me to look at and there my planning began.
Late the next day I returned to the travel agent in Piccadilly Circus, London and booked my travel to South Australia I flew via Dubai, then Perth to Adelaide there are more direct flights but I wanted to visit an old friend in Perth.
When I arrived in the Barossa Valley it was simply a magical place I had no expected it to be as special as it was, with beautiful old homes, with character frontages and stone impressions, this was a special start to The Barossa Valley - Accomodation and Bed & Breakfast. My tour around Tanunda one of the main townships, was incredibly relaxing there was a light breeze and the sun was shining, my mobile phone was turned off and I was walking in the not so famous, we'll if it was as famous as its wine labels there would have been a lot more tourists around. I instantly realised that a place so unique could actually exist a vineyard paradise for wine lovers! The Barossa Valley is indeed one of the best locations I had been to it was like seeing Big Ben in London for the first time when I was a kid. You arrive and exit the London Underground and there it is bigger and golder and greater than ever.
Once I gained my bearings again I found a nice piece of grass and laid down, looking up at a maple style tree thinking of relaxation and wondering how I could leave my job in London and live here, it wasn't that I was getting carried away with my thoughts, It was that I did not realise what I was missing in my life, the busy Lizzy I had become living in a huge city not really knowing anyone. The Barossa Valley gave me instant peace of mind I was hooked, I even started looking in the real estate window in Tanunda checking out how much a house was to buy.
That first evening I went to Nuriootpa to check out the local amenities, when I sat down for a quick dinner bite at a place called The Branch in Nuriootpa I realised my international trip had turned into a global move blitz in less than 10 hours! I sat ate a great meal and headed back to my bed and breakfast.
I let you know more when I update with my latest web article can't wait. Thanks for reading about my Barossa Valley experience your Sally M.

In comparison to many forms of exercise, the benefits of Chair Yoga far outweigh the risks. The therapeutic exercises work the body, from head to toes, to the best of any client's ability. Therefore, the method used, addresses the whole body in a single routine. This is an amazing feat, for a low-impact exercise program, where the average session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. The following information will highlight some of the many benefits of regular participation in a Chair Yoga class. Increased circulation is a result of movement and every body part that can move is used in a typical Chair Yoga class. For many of us, we think of cardiovascular heath first, and this is right fully so, but Chair Yoga helps many other forms of circulation, within the body, as well. To sit still for days on end, we invite diseases of many kinds. Diabetics need movement to keep sugar levels in ?tolerance zones.? Chair Yoga also has routines for the feet, toes, hands, and fingers, so there is no part of the body left out. Due to this whole body approach, the immune system is also stimulated by regularly attending Chair Yoga classes. The many movements, bending, and twisting, in a regular Chair Yoga session, stimulate the elimination of toxins, within the body. Every time you bend the waist in one direction or another, the stomach aids in digestion and the lower back is gently stimulated. Now, back to cardiovascular benefits - There seems to be a lot of confusion about what is classified as aerobic exercise. One of the definitions for aerobic exercise is: Any exercise that would increase circulatory and respiratory ability. When the heart and lungs have to work harder to keep up with the body's need for oxygen that is aerobic. In fact, gardening and housework are also aerobic exercise that most seniors routinely do. This is not to say that gardening and housework are complete health maintenance systems, but they do burn over 200 calories per hour, for the average person, and meet the aerobic definition. Much of this mentality stems from the ?No pain ? No gain? era. Most of the original advocates of this theory are now ?nursing their own wounds? and practicing gentler forms of exercise. After all, none of us are immortal, and the body can only take so much abuse over time. May I remind anyone, who is left standing, from the No pain ? No gain era, that walking is also classified as aerobic exercise. So, whether you walk or run a mile, aerobic benefits are gained and significant calories are burned. ? Copyright 2005 ?
