To add flavour and tenderise the meat, Argentines often marinate meats in Chimichurri. Food without Chimichurri just wouldn't be tolerated in Argentina especially grilled meat to which it adds an amazing flavour.
Argentine Chimichurri
1/3 packet of garlic salt 6 chilli peppers 2 sachets bouquet garni 1 large onion •1/2 tub of dried peppers 1 pint (500ml) of vinegar 2 pints (1 litre) oil
Boil all the ingredients, excluding oil, together in the vinegar for five minutes. Wait until the mixture cools. When the mixture has cooled, add the oil. Store in refrigerator.
When you're ready to barbecue or grill, marinade meat in chimichurri overnight. Barbecue, grill or cook in the oven. Enjoy!

Amongst all the dance forms, Salsa Rueda is the most interesting! Interesting in its history, origin, steps, names, and everything! It involves a whole lot of pain and labor to get the steps right but once the expression is in you, the steps are easy to follow!
Salsa Rueda was developed in Havana, Cuba in late 1950s and early 1960s. The history of this art form is quite unique and interesting because nothing is certain or proved! It is not possible to credit one country for the evolution of Salsa! This is because many countries right from Cuba, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Puerto Rico, New York and many more! Some countries contributed in music, some in dance steps, some in beats and some in some other form but on the whole we have now got a fantastic form of dance that explicates a new vision to all the dull souls!!
Salsa is a celebrated form of dance! The steps are so scintillating and exciting that even a non dancer would stand up to dance to the tunes! Not only the music has to complement the dance steps but the dance partners also have to be perfect enough to match the set standards of this dance form! Most of the steps involve movements of shoulders and hips and a lot of coordination! This dance form can be enjoyed with two dancing and hundreds enjoying or hundreds watching and millions enjoying as in the carnivals!
