One of the things you need to do in order to keep your financial status is to purchase smartly. To this end you will need to spend your money healthily. You need to have a healthy spending habit. Yet it is not easy to have such a healthy and good habit. You will need to do it step by step if you are now having a bad spending habit.

First of all, you will need to know on average how much you spend each month. Some experts will tell you to gather all the bills of the previous three months in order to understand your current spending habit. However, this may not be the most perfect method. You should try to record all you spend from now on for three months and you will have a better and more accurate picture of your spending habit. This is because your may purchase something without getting a bill. Will you get a bill if you buy a small pack of chewing gum? The answer is probably a NO.

Now you should have an understanding on your own spending habit. If you are spending too much on your entertainment, you should try to spend less. A more difficult situation will be that you spend more than you can earn. In this case you should find every method to reduce your expenses. You need to cut part of your expenses. You may consider cooking at home instead of eating out. You may also need to spend less on things which are not essential to your life. For example, subscription to entertainment sites every month will not be something essential.

Unless you can be sure that you can repay within the grace period, you should try to use your debit card instead of your credit card. As a matter of fact, a lot of people are in credit card debt nowadays. It may take them years in order to pay off the debt. If you keep using your credit card when you are in credit card debt, the chance is that you will have no way to pay off it even after fifty years.

It is not difficult to have a healthy spending habit. Yet you have to get it work otherwise there is no way for you to have a really healthy habit!

Customer satisfaction is essential for long term business success for two very important reasons. Firstly happy customers spend more money. Secondly happy customers are ten times more likely to recommend your business to other people. I discovered the second benefit by accident when I ran a test to try and reduce my refund rate. For this to make sense you must understand that there are a lot of businesses out there looking for new customers. These businesses know they have a good product and will get a lot of repeat business if they can encourage people to try their product or service, so they would be quite willing to give you some FREE or heavily discounted products for you to gift to your clients. This is a win-win deal for both your business and their business. You increase customer satisfaction and they gain exposure for their business.
