[S725]Songs Backwards Subliminal Messages
by Michael Mcgrath, Mic
Why do some people gain success easily while others strive hard and never experience it? Why do some people handle stress better than others, while still a select few never seem to stress at all? Ever wondered why some people have great relationships while others do not? Have you ever considered the reasons why "lucky" people are lucky or why "unlucky" people are unlucky?

It wasn't until I was in my late thirties, after much soul-searching and being a self improvement junkie since the tender age of 15, that I discovered the answer, and the solution, in subliminal messages.

I always knew that our thoughts played a dominant role in the life that we experience. I understood that thoughts are powerful. I knew that how we react to things in life determines how we feel about them and life in general. I also knew that the very thoughts we hold in mind tend to attract and even create those situations in our lives. Yet regardless of the amount of visualizing, affirmations or other techniques I used I could just not find success or happiness. The was before I discovered the power of subliminal messages and how they could be used to eliminate the core problem!

The fact that I was forcing myself to think positively and visualizing my perfect life yet only getting mediocre results at best and the opposite results at worst, started me doubting my beliefs about the power of the mind! However, there was always something deep inside me that told me it was true. I could just not figure out why I was not getting the results from all the work I was doing?

If you are aware of it or not your mind is the determing factor behind your life experiences. Human thoughts can direct the very fabric of the Universe. They are, perhaps, the most powerful force known to Man! However the mind has hundreds, if not thousands, of thoughts per minute. The vast majority of our thinking takes place in the subconscious mind. These thoughts are subliminal in nature and by their very nature they often are fleeting and go unnoticed.

If thoughts really do create reality then visualization and positive thinking should always work! Right?

Wrong!

If you sit for 20 minutes and visualize your perfect life you are using your mind constructively and doing some powerful manifesting work. Of that there is no doubt! However, what are you using your mind to create the other 940 minutes of wakefulness? What unconcious thoughts are holding in mind and what do you think they are creating for you in your life?

You can get a hint of how you are thinking subconsciously if you watch yourself throughout the day and see how you speak and react to situations that occur. If you are not living the life that you want to be living it is a strong indication that your subliminal thoughts are negative and opposite to your conscious desires.

For example, if you visualize and affirm that you are getting wealthy yet throughout the day you moan and concentrate on the fact that you do not have enough money, you are allowing your unconscious, subliminal thoughts to create more lack for you! Your subliminal thinking is negative and the very opposite of your conscious desires. Tenty minutes of visualization, affirmations or any other personal development method will never be able to compete with a days worth of negative thinking.

Trying to consciously control this negativity is a losing battle. It is possible to use techniques such as being diligent in watching your thinking and reversing it as soon as you have a negative thought but this is time-consuming, with thoughts running in your head so fast that they are often overlooked, and its exhausting!

I have tried the approach of taking a rubber band and placing it on my wrist. Every time I had a negative thought I would snap the band. Soon my mind associated thinking negatively with pain (albeit only slight pain). This approach does work but it is slow and I found that I could only concentrate on using it for my goals and not my thinking in general. My mind only associated negative thinking with pain when thinking about my goals. This is mainly because I was carrying around so much negativity I could only use this technique when thinking about my current goal. Like the rest of the population I would have been snapping the rubber all day long if I had attempted to use this technique to rid myself of all my "general" negativity!

This is when I realized that if my negative thoughts are unconscious and subliminal in nature then there must be an unconscious and subliminal remedy. I decided to fight fire with fire! As it was not my conscious thoughts athat were creating problems in my life I decided to concentrate on my unconscious, or subconscious, thoughts instead. I decided to direct my efforts to changing my subliminal thoughts and subconscious mind. Makes sense, right?

After using hypnosis, which was very effective, I decided to try subliminal messages. Using hypnosis is a very good way to reprogram the mind. However, you need to set aside time to perform the hypnosis everyday for at least thirty days per issue. With subliminal messages you can just hit play and let them run in the background. Subliminal messages are commands given below the threshold of conscious awareness that are delivered directly into the subconscious mind.

I played my subliminal messages while working and doing everyday tasks and also listened to them at night sometimes. I found some subliminal messages recordings would relax me and send me to sleep while others disturbed my rest as they uncovered and removed old habits and thought processes.

Once I took this approach I began to get wonderful results. My unconscious thinking began to become more positive and depending on the subliminal messages I used I could eliminate the negative thought processes that were constantly running like programs in my brain! I also found that I could literally, use subliminal messages to program my subconscious mind to believe anything I wanted it to believe.

How do Subliminal Messages work? It relaxes the conscious mind and opens the subconscious part of the brain to the point that suggestions can be accepted. Once the suggestion is accepted and agreed on by the person that hears the hidden suggestions, usually called subliminal affirmations, then it becomes a stable, strong pillar in that persons belief system.

What can Subliminal Messages be used for? The real question is what can't Subliminal Messages be used for. I've seen subliminal messages used for many, many issues. Basically, it can be used for anything a person can imagine. Losing weight and quitting bad habits is most commonly known. There is confidence, insomnia, stress, and sports improvement to name a few. There are also hypnotherapists doing some fabulous things with early stage cancer these days too.

Although Subliminals are rather new, hypnosis seems to have been around for quite sometime. It is believed by many that hypnosis has been around since the time of the Egyptian pyramids. Some believe that it was the practice of hypnosis that made the Egyptians so advanced for their time. Others believe that it dates back even further in time. There really is no way to know when hypnosis was first used. Hypnosis led researchers to study Subliminals more and today they are used in commercials to presidential campaigns! - Lets not forget the "Rats Commercial" a couple of years ago.....

Do you think subliminal messages are here to stay or just a fad? If you have noticed lately, the word "subliminal" is surfacing all over the place. For the first time ever, people are being educated about this subject and the fears of subliminal messages are being cleared. I truly believe it is here to stay and that one day it will become such common practice as brushing your teeth. It's inevitable with its natural simplicity and effective results. How else could you get the rapid progress you get with subliminal programming?

Does the practice of subliminal messages conflict with religion? No, not at all. Subliminal messages tap into a persons natural state that everyone possesses within themselves. If anything this can be used to become better people to one another. If you were to eliminate all the negativity inside you right now, wouldn't you feel more at peace with the world?
