Improve Your Skin

The skin does not usually get as much of this nutrients as more important internal organs, however, now that there is excess the skin receives.
This increased nutrients coming to the skin helps clear the skin and heal problem areas. It also helps remove toxins quicker.
Improves Immune system
When you have a fever when you're sick that fever signals your white blood cells there's a problem. Your body begins to increase its production of white blood cells, to combat the infection or illness.
